6.Two-faced truth

'Wake up! You can't sleep forever you know?'

'Who are you..?'

'Oh you silly girl... come on! You can't forget me now!'

'..Moon..?'

'Yeah... Xiao is waiting for you, you have to wake up soon. It's been 3 days, you'll have to have some water and food in your system...'

I opened my eyes quickly. Has it really been 3 days? What happened after I went after Xiao? Did Moon take over?

I felt home heavy and kind of wet feeling on my stomach. I looked down and saw Xiao, he was sleeping, but his eyes were red and puffy. He was crying... but why?

"X-Xiao..?" he looked up imifiately, image of his eyes gave me chills. They weren't so strong and fearfull, he looked like a scared little kid.

That broke my heart for some reason.

"I-I'm a bit, hungry..."

He then dissapeard, and few seconds latter he came back with my favourite dish.

He put it infront of me and sat at chair beside my bed.

"Eat up." Back to his old self I guess, I felt at ease a bit.

"What happened back there?" He tensed up as I asked.

"You found out that it wasn't real Morax and destroyed it. Then you fell uncouncious."

"I see... so, does Morax still want to kill me?"

"I don't know, but you have my word, I'll protect you whenever you need me."

"I see... you're really willing to go against me for her... that's good thing then." We heard familiar voice speak and turned to see Zhongli.

'He's real Morax' I heard Moon speak.

"I don't want to kill you, nor did I want to do it then. But I just lost someone and couldn't control my emotions."

"I see... thank you for explaining."

"But you two still can't let your guard down. You're back in Liyue, and you remembered your past. I wasn't only enemy you had. creatures from the Abyss are still after god that destroyed almost all of their plans."

"Haha, then I'll face them once again" Moon said but something was different, it was as if you were observing everything unable to speak.

Few days have passed and your bond with Xiao got even stronger. He was always by your side when you needed him and you fell in love with him even more.

Unfortunately Moon was aware of that and she would constantly tease you while you were talking to him.

You also met a young blonde boy, he seemed young, but Moon told you he's over 500 years old.

He introduced himself as the Traveler, and with him there was this suspitious floating thing that called itself Paimon.

Zhongli and you were still quite formal with eachother, you werent in any fight, you just didn't feel to comfortable around him yet.

One day you felt a bit sick when you woke up, and really stressed wich wasn't a good sign.

Something told you traveler would be in danger. So you got out of bed and sprinted to the chasm because it was a way to Sumeru. As you remembered he said he would go to sumeru few weeks ago.

You were just about to cross the final border when someone grabbed you. You quickly looked behind you and saw Xiao. He had angry and worried look on his face.

"What are you doing!?" He tried to sound angry but you saw thrugh it.

"I need to se the traveler, something isn't right... don't worry I'll be fine"I said trying to remove my hand from his grasp, but he just tightened his grip.

"And what if something happens zo you to!? Those Sages still might be after you!"

"We'll be fine. You have our promise." I repeated Moons words.

Xiao slowly let go of my hand looking at the ground.

"...just.. be carefull. I don't think I'll be able to hear you calling me in Sumeru."

"I will." I said and hugged him. Then I didn't feel my body wich neant Moon was in control.

Then SHE KISSED HIM!? And started running off.

"What was that for!?"

"To make him feel better~"

"What is he going to think of me!? Ughhh let me outtt~"

"Fine, fine..."
