"malevolence isn't born,
it is cultivated!"

Young and fragile,
a fiend's child,
she grew up beguiled,
for she failed to recognise,
the malevolence in disguise,
until the sun set with finality,
never again to rise!

there were shadows,
her life behind veils prevailed,
her innocence long gone,
with light, she lost her way.
slowly she let it envelope,
every bit of her,
and with each of it,
her spirit was torn asunder.
It bloomed then,
the flower of malevolence,
it twisted her heart,
and filled the place of her spirit's essence!

it faded away with time though,
the hurt, the anguish and disgust,
for she learnt to imbibe,
what had reduced her to dust,
and when she arose from the ashes,
she became the phoenix of darkness,
who embraced her own destruction,
who gave in to the malevolence!

She rode the illicit pleasure away,
with each rise and fall,
it poured out of her
a poisoned nectar,
seeping through every pore,
till every breath was knocked out,
sacrificed at the devil's altar,
and the flower that had bloomed,
erupted within, to completely consume her!

"love isn't unique,
it is ambiguous!"

it burnt away at her,
verdant embers refusing to douse,
it was harsh mockery
that stained her soul,
yet that captivated her heart!

it was the sinister gleam in ebony eyes,
it was the sadistic smirk that twisted scarlet lips,
it was violent red against pale skin,
it was the goodness that was largely amiss!

it was her aphrodisiac,
her salvation and damnation all in one,
for it was what clouded her eyes,
as she plunged into herself deep within.
in the nights as she lay alone,
it was what filled her deep,
this warring conundrum
that has constituted her since eternity!

for she was the harbinger of goodness,
the fairy princess who was exemplary,
yet who had lost her heart
to the malevolent devil.
and this was love that went
beyond comprehension,
for she was doomed bearing it,
for a monster beyond redemption!
