CLAIRE IS NOT AS NERVOUS the next day when she struts into work with a takeaway coffee in her hands. Tracey frowns as soon as she sees her but refrains from commenting on it, since she seems to be in a good mood, which was true. Claire had survived her first day of filming and the coaches already knew of her secret—which wasn't really a secret, but merely a piece of information that she wanted to keep to herself for a little longer. But it was overall a nice day, she enjoyed it. She feels silly for even being worried before, this was going to be just fine.
"What are we getting for lunch today?" Tracey speaks up from her seat at the desk, "I'm craving kebab."
Claire raises her brows, "Did we not have that yesterday?"
Tracey shrugs, whilst she moves around in her desk chair, letting the wheels glide over the carpet floor as she leans back against the backrest, "I want it again today. You in?"
"I can't, Lasso asked me to join him and Higgins for lunch," Claire says as she takes a sip of her coffee, "They mentioned getting salads before, but I'm not in the mood to take proper care of myself today by eating the healthy shit that I need."
The two ladies leave the office, on their way to the locker room where the crew was already in place. Tracey takes over Claire's role as the director while she's on camera, standing with the coaches. Like they had discussed the previous evening, they were going to arrange something for Sam's birthday, asking the players to chip in some cash for a nice gift. Nate has brought another fun box with a face on it, urging everyone to put the money in his mouth.
