will you be my sun when its all gone?
will you have been there all along?
oh, cause sometimes I think about
things I shouldn't think about
but, I get caught up in my head
will you be the words to break these chains?
can I count on you, when you say you'll never leave?
are you gonna pull me out the water or pull me under?
I need to know
will you be the one i'm waiting for?
one im praying for?
will you break my thorns?
you take a seat at your throne
and I know,
I bene a hard case, you could've had anyone
I barely made it by, never fit the mold
you told me, the river flows, breaking from the hold
you told me, sticks and friction make fire,
you can't be cold.
and every word inside of you I hold onto
i'm clinging onto you
i'm breathing in you
you're the one I am trusting
the only one, I hold onto
you're the fire, now i'm never cold
you're the rain that washes me clean
you're the grace, I believe in
I believe in, you
i'm holding onto, you
you're the dream I didn't know existed
i'm the life you assisted
cause I should be gone
oh, I should be gone
there was nothing worth saving
I wasn't worth saving
but, you rescued me out of it all
you saved me when I thought I was nothing at all
you gave me life,
when I saw death
and I cursed, the waves I was drowning in
but, you taught me to speak to them
you brought me to life again
you gave me a home again
now I'm learning to breath again
never though I would be again
but, here I am again
I owe it all to you
I don't got much at all
but, what I do
i'll give, to you
you're the fire when i'm cold
you're the sea when i'm burning in flames
i'm addicted to you
like i'm made to
i've fallin, for you
can't take it back, all the words I've said
but, I can restart now
I can outdo all the wrong I've done
I can hold on, to the one I love
I'm going to catch like fire
i'm breathing in flames
I had a heart, that was hurting
but, you saved a life that was broken
i'm breathing in your love
like you made me to
baby i'm falling
iv'e fallen, for you
