Abhi - No no no no. Kuch nahi hoga. Kuch nahi hoga meri Akshu ko. Main hoon na. Akshu tum sunn rahi ho na. Breathe breathe baba please. Come on, come on you can do it. Main janta hoon tum mujhe sunn sakti ho. Saas leni ki koshish karo. We are almost there. I know tumhe bohot dard ho raha hai. Please thori der aur seh lo meri jaan.
Abhi was almost done with the stitches. Dr. Rohan was also done with his part. Within 10 minutes Abhi completed the stitches and looked at the monitors which now started beeping indicating a severe drop in oxygen and pulse. Abhi froze in his spot. Tears were rolling down his cheeks, unable to process anything. He didn't know what to do.
Dr. Sinha - Sir. Abhimanyu sir. She is sinking.
Dr. Rohan walked upto Abhi and hugged him.
Dr. Rohan - Sir please hosh mein aiye. Akshara ma'am ko apki zaroorat hai. Humein pata hai aap unhe jaane nahi dena chahte. Sir isse pehle bht der ho jaye, humein kuch karna padega.
Abhi still stood there still, looking at Akshu who was struggling to breath.
Dr. Rohan shouted - Sir.. SIR..
That's when Abhi came back to his senses.
Abhi - Dr. Rohan, humein Akshu ko CPR dena hoga. Ab yahi ek tareeka hai.
He moved towards Akshu. Wiped his tears and started giving her CPR while Rohan assisted him. Within 2 minutes of CPR, Akshu took a deep breath indicating that now she could breathe. Dr. Sinha checked the monitor and announced that her vitals were going back to normal.
Dr. Rohan - Sir. You did it sir. Congratulations. She is out of danger. Mujhe pata tha. Ma'am ka treatment apse better koi kar hi nahi sakta. Apne bacha liya Akshara ma'am ko.
Rohan got too emotional and wiped his happy tears. He hugged Abhi, who didn't hug him back. Abhi was still in a state of shock. He was staring at his Akshu. Rohan realized that he wasn't in his senses.
Dr. Rohan - Sir ab baki ka main handle kar lunga. Aap please jaiye aur rest kijiye. I know yeh sab apke liye bohot mushkil hoga. But trust me I will handle everything. Promise. Aapko iss wakht aaram ki zaroorat hai.
Abhi couldn't hold back his tears anymore. He nodded and left the OT. He rushed to his cabin, took off the mask and gloves. Abhi fell down on his knees and started crying bitterly. His Akshu was absolutely safe and out of danger now.. He was happy but the fact that his love attempted a suicide killed him from inside. Because he very well knew that he himself was the reason for her pain and sorrows.
Abhi - Yeh maine kya kiya Akshu. Main shayad kabhi tumhe samjh hi nahi paya. Tum apne bhai ko support kar rahi thi. Kyunki woh beguna hai. Maine kitna bura behave kiya tum sabke sath. Agar main tumhari jagah hota toh shayad main bhi apni hi behan ko support karta. Main kyun nhi samjh paya Akshu. Behan ke pyaar mein itna andha ho gaya ki kya sahi kya galat kuch nahi dikha mujhe. Sirf 24 ghante maange the tumne mujhse, woh bhi nhi diya maine tumko. Pichle ek saal tak main tadapta raha tumhare bina. Lekin mujhe toh andaza bhi nhi hai ki tumhe kitni takleef hui hogi, jo tumhe aj yeh kadam uthana pada. Bas ab aur koi pareshaani nhi hone dunga main tumhe Akshu. Mujhe saza milni chahiye. I deserve it. Tum mujhe saza do ya na do. Main khudko saza zaroor dunga. Bas ek baar tumhe hosh aa jaye, main tumse maafi mangunga. Aur phir main khud police ko call karunga. Tumhari iss haalat ka zimmedaar main hoon. I will surrender myself.
Abhi got up and was about to open the cabin door when someone opened the door from outside. It was Kairav. He had gone to the apartment where the Khera siblings and Akshu resided. He was terrified when he saw the mess there. There was blood all around. Upon asking the security guard he told him the entire thing. Kairav raced to the hospital as soon as he got to know about Akshu's condition.
Kairav(crying) - Abhimanyu meri behan kaisi hai. Woh theek toh ho jayegi na. Abhimanyu batao na chup kyun ho. Akshu kaha hai. Theek toh hai na woh?
Abhi was terribly feeling guilty.
Abhi - Kairav dekho shaant ho jao please. Akshu theek hai. Woh theek ho jayegi don't worry. Uski surgery ho chuki hai. Ab woh under observation hai. Kuch ghanto mein hosh bhi aa jayega.
Kairav - Abhimanyu main surrender karne ke liye taiyyar hoon. Please tum police ko bulao. Main arrest ho jaunga chalega. Lekin ab main meri behan ko aur takleef mein nahi dekh sakta. Usne pichle ek saal mein bohot kuch kiya hai mere liye. Lekin ab bas. Bohot hua. Main yeh sab kuch aj hi khatam kar dunga. Bulao tum police ko. Abhimanyu please. Meri behan ko bacha lo. Please use Kunal aur Maya se bacha lo. (he folded his hands sobbing inconsolably). Akshu bohot kuch seh chuki hai lekin ab bas. Bohot ho chuka. I don't care mere sath ab kya hoga.
Kairav had no idea that he had already been proven innocent. Meanwhile Abhi wondered what was Kairav talking about.
Abhi - Kairav please shaant ho jao. Police bulane ki koi zaroorat nahi hai. Kyunki tumhari behan ne tumhe innocent prove kar diya hai already. Main aj Tarun se mila tha. Usne khud yeh baat accept kiya hai ki unn dono ka affair chal raha tha. Aur usne yeh bhi kaha Akshu aur tum inn sab mein involved nahi the. (folding his hands and looking down) Mujhe nahi samjh aa raha ki kya bolu main tumse. Jitna maafi maangu utna kam hoga. Aur main yeh bhi nahi kahunga ki please mujhe maaf kardo. Main sirf nafrat ke layak hoon. Akshu ne aj jo kiya uske baad main khud kabhi apne aap ko maaf nahi kar paunga.
Abhi suddenly realized that Kairav mentioned Kunal and Maya.
Abhi - Kairav tumne abhi kya kaha. Kunal aur Maya? Kairav kya hua hai please batao mujhe.
Kairav was relieved to know that he had been proven innocent. All thanks to his chotu sister.
Kairav - Toh ab jab mera sach bahar aa hi chuka hai, kisi ko Khera's se darne ki zaroorat nahi hai. Aur Akshu ko toh bilkul bhi nahi.
Kairav gives Abhimanyu the suicide note written by Akshu that he found lying between the albums, in the apartment.
Kairav - yeh letter padh lo Abhimanyu. Akshu ne yeh tumhare liye hi likha hoga. Shayad isse sara sach pata chal jaye tumhe.
He gives the letter to Abhimanyu.
