Alright, guys, I feel like I needed to make a more definitive announcement than just writing author notes.
This fanfic is officially on hiatus for the foreseeable future. I hope to get the next chapter up sometime by mid or late January. I have the first five pages written, and actually I love what I have so far, but I'm in the last stretch of college and I need to focus as much as I can on my senior thesis. Then I have one final class to finish off my college career with and then... I'm free, which feels so weird to say.
All I know is that I don't want to give up on this fanfic. I really want to make it to the end, but to get there... it's going to take a long time. Even after I've written up a chapter, it's rarely at a place where I feel comfortable for others to read it.
At this point in time, the fanfic is still a work in progress, but I just want to be realistic about how much I can actually get done between now when when future chapters will be uploaded. There is still so much more I want to explore, and I feel like the story is only really just coming together.
Anyway, if you've gotten this far, I hope you've enjoyed!
