Y/n walked out of the washroom in a very casual attire, drying her hair with a towel as walked to the bed where her precious girlfriend was sitting, scrolling through her phone
Y/n layed down, resting her head on the older one's lap as she turned on her laptop, opening Netflix to watch a series while Jennie gently ran her fingers through Y/n's hair
"Y/n we're trending on twitter" Y/n looked at Jennie's phone screen that she was showing her, and saw the hashtags #JENNIE , #Y/N, #JENY/N trending, but then she spotted another hashtag that was #leavey/nalone
"What is this one about though?" Jennie shrugged before tapping on the hashtag to find thousands of tweets posted by people, threatening her to leave Y/n alone and insulting her
She felt as if someone threw a very hard stone at her heart, and for a few seconds she felt numb. She was having a hard time processing the mean things written all over the screen and Y/n seemed to notice those
Y/n took the phone from her hands as the turned it off before sitting up, pulling the latter in her arms, carassing her back gently
"Don't mind them" she whispered sweetly, and it was like music to Jennie's ears, she hugged Y/n back as if someone was snatching her away, and rested her head on her chest to hide her cat eyes that were starting to get teary
"I love you Y/n" Y/n noticed a bit of cracking in her voice and she gently held her chin, making Jennie look up at her only to see her eyes filled with tears. She let out a sigh as she softly pecked her forehead, pulling on her lap
"What's going on? What is bothering you?" Y/n calmly asked as she rubbed the back of Jennie's hand with her thumb. Y/n knew it more than anyone, how Jennie easily gets effected by anything people say about her. Being an introvert she is, it's hard for her to deal with people judging her and bashing her, and even tho she tries not to make it evident, she still suffers a lot cause of it
"It's nothing... I don't know what's going on with me..." that was enough to let Y/n understand Jennie, and she pulled her in a tight hug, and started to mumble softly in her ear
"I will forever be by your side, some people not liking us together won't change how much we love being with each other, Mhm? You don't need to worry my love, I'm here for you"
