Morning Excitement

    That next morning, Chifuyu woke up bright and early. He then admired the sleeping Baji that laid behind him. He was happy, and he was excited for the next chapter of his life to begin. He took the time to get up, take some clean clothes, and leave to the bathroom so he could get ready for the day.

    Baji stirred in his sleep as he was trying to wake up. After about five minutes his eyes finally started to open. He sat up and rubbed his eyes while yawning, trying to make sense of were he was. A little later he finally realized that Chifuyu was not next to him. Looking around him he decided that the other must have went to change and thought he best change out of his clothes from the other day as well.

    Soon Chifuyu left the bathroom, unaware that Baji was awake. He then crept downstairs to make breakfast, wanting to surprise his boyfriend this morning.

    Baji just barely heard footsteps going down the stairs. He knew it was his small blonde so he quickly finished getting changed and quietly made his way down stairs to smell something good. He went into the kitchen to Chifuyu cooking, he silently went up behind the other and wrapped his arms around the smaller's waist.

    Chifuyu didn't hear his boyfriend creep down the stairs which caused him to flinch at the sudden feeling of arms around his waist. He almost even smacked Baji in self defence but he managed to stop himself (thankfully). 

    "B-baji-san! You scared me!" He then playfully pouted before directing his focus back on what he was cooking.

    Baji chuckled as he rested his chin on Chifuyu's shoulder. He gave the other a kiss on the cheek. 

    "I'm sorry baby. I didn't mean to scare you." He looked at the food that Chifuyu was cooking and decided to tease his smaller boyfriend. "Since when could you cook," was the best he could come up with in that moment.

    Chifuyu got a little flustered. 

    "Well! I need to be able to make food for if my mom falls sick or something! I also thought I could surprise you with your favorite..heh!" He chuckled nervously, kissing his boyfriend's cheek happily, though slightly saddened that he'd been caught. He could always get over that though, Chifuyu usually always had other tricks up his sleeve when it came to surprises for his beloved Keisuke.

    Baji smiles. "Well guess what, I'm surprised and it smells good," he offered. Baji nuzzled Chifuyu, sensing that the other was disappointed that he had been found out about. "You have no idea how much I love you."

    Chifuyu hummed contently, his heart melting with a slight twang of pain as he heard such words. Of course he didn't show how it stung, he just looked at Baji with adoration while he finished up breakfast and dished it up for the both of them.

    Baji sat down at the table to eat. He wouldn't admit it but he was so hungry that his mouth was watering. And the smell of the food wasn't helping.

    Fuyu hummed a little tune, making one big plate for the both of them to share. He then carried it to the table and handed Baji the appropriate utensils that went with that specific dish. 

    "I hope you enjoy, Kei!" He hummed before starting to eat.

    Baji smiled, thanked Chifuyu for making the meal and started to eat. 

    "This may be my favorite meal, but you are my favorite cook," he said. Baji then got an idea. He stopped Fuyu from taking another bite. "Open up," he said while holding food up to the other.

    Fuyu watched as the other wash the dishes with a love sick gaze, he really did love and miss the larger boy.. he was happy that they could be with each other again.
