The personal reason why I don't want a relationship
is because
Well, my parents went through a tough time
My dad was getting tired of my mom. And then...I caught my dad with his work "friend". He told us he was going to catch a break at a hotel but...ayun. He lied
And they weren't kissing...yet. But I saw what my dad wanted to. I saw it in his face and in his eyes. Yung pagod nya and yung temptation to free himself for one night
And if he hadn't seen me he would've done it
So I ran and my dad chased me. He demanded me not to say anything to mom cause he didn't even do anything daw. Wala naman syang ginawa
He said there was no point in ruining our family and their marriage over something he didn't do. Pero I told him it was still cheating
And he...he said "Anj, if you love me, you won't tell her."
And then I did
And then my mom left him
And then they got married to people they don't love
And I know my dad blames me even though he doesn't say it
The thing that scares me the most about love is it's such a powerful thing
My dad was willing to use my love. And I was going to let him
But I did the right thing
And now I don't have his love.
And he's still here but it feels like he left me.
