It's been a few days since Zac and Keisha reunited. They have hashed out all the problems that have plagued them for years. She's in therapy to not pass down any of her childhood trauma on Zay. She and Zac have spent everyday rebuilding and Fatima is in full support. She hasn't complained once and it didn't go unnoticed, they are set to go to New York for New Years and he has something special planned for Fatima. She asks for nothing so she deserves the world. The family is enjoying their time together Chris and Mel are overjoyed learning everything they can about zay. Of course they've bought him everything he has asked for. 

"Hey can I see everybody in the family room please" Chris yelled from the bottom of the steps

Everybody filed in one by one wondering what this was about.

"Wassup daddy everything alright" Fatima questioned

"Wassup old man" Marcus said eating an orange he stole out of a basket sent to his mom 

"Yea dad what's the word bird" Dre said laughing

The rest stood silent while Zay clung to Zac. Only knowing eachother for a few days the bond they shared was beautiful. Keisha smiled the two were inseparable. 

"I just wanted you to know I have enjoyed the time we've spent getting to know all of the new additions to this family each one of you have made a permanent mark on my heart and are always welcomed anytime. Keisha I know we haven't known you long and we have a long road to becoming a family. You have given me my first biological grandchild and I couldn't be more appreciative. I know my son did a job on you but we got you. Starting to tear up looking around finally feeling like a part of the family. With that being said this is for you." He hands her two sets of keys one to a brand new Range Rover and the other to one his secured buildings for a brand new condo. "Wait...... what are you serious I can't accept this you've been nice enough I just want Zay to know his family. That's enough for me" she attempts to hand him the keys back. Stopping her Mel spoke "baby you don't turn this man down he's not going to stop just accept it. It's ok you're family and we love the both of you" pulling her hands back she hugs Mel and Chris "Thank you so much, but what about Bricks can he get to me somehow?" She said with a a worried look in her eyes looking down at Zay, not wanting to put him in any danger. "I'll kill that nigga before he blink if he try anything" Zac said as Chris was just about to speak. "Well that's not how I would've put it but there you have it"Chris Said chuckling a little. "Ok thanks guys you don't know what this means to us". "Now look it's already furnished but you can change whatever you want on me. And this is also for you" Handing her an envelope. Already knowing what was in the envelope she opened it. In the envelope rested 50,000 dollars with a note that read. 

You are my second daughter. So whatever you need never hesitate to ask! I do whatever to protect my girls. This is just the beginning. Welcome to the family. ~Chris~

 So many emotions she didn't know what to say or how to react she just cried and said thank you over and over. 

"Welcome to the family sis" Marcus and Dre said hugging her at the same time putting her in a sandwich. "One of y'all musty" Keisha said laughing sliding out the embrace "yea you'll fit right in" Mel sad tapping her shoulder and hugging her. Everyone laughed and began dispersed.

"Hold on that's not it" Chris stated stopping everyone as they turned around. He gave a speech about how he couldn't be more proud of the Men standing before him. Respecting women and doing nothing less than protecting them and providing the way a man should. He handed Demetrius a check for 200,000 to start his expansion. "I'm proud of you, you and Zac remind me of me and his dad. Have his back no matter what you hear me. He's cut from the best cloth." "Man thanks this means so much. That's my brother I got him forever" Demetrius said looking at Zac and shaking Chris hand. "And you Troy you knocked up my only niece I should kill you .... He sad playfully. No seriously here's a number to a contact I have down in Atlanta. They have an opening they need someone of your expertise pays really well. And here Jarvis once loaned me 75k I'm doubling it, never got a chance to pay him back before he died. He was a good man" "Shit man thanks Chris, I won't let you down" Troy said shocked as he stared at the envelope and card. "Zac you son I.... Cutting him off  "I don't need anything I'm happy and have everything I need already, Family is all I need I'm full on life" Sarcastically he rebuttals "I wasn't giving you nothing you own the Hawks I was gon ask you for season tickets... laughing. You're rich already , plus you have my greatest gift already. Nodding Fatima's way. I was gonna say you gave me the best gift bringing my daughter home all smiles I'm happy you found love in eachother. Keep up the good work" Zac shaking his hand and hugging him "You got it!"
