I was getting down on this acoustic version of Hit Different with help from my friend/engineer Jax Loudspeaker. It had been two months since my tussle with Austin, and now we're on the second leg of this tour. I've also been struggling with the guilt I felt by curving Chris. He's my friend... that night at the club, I figured it was the liquor talking because ain't no way would he risk our professional relationship over something temporary. I know he's a nice guy deep down, but I have to protect myself emotionally. My once broken heart has healed and I want a change of pace. Besides, I'm still shaking off the rumors that me and G-Eazy are dating. Chile, I'm taken.

So, I've been dating an old friend from college named Kendall Marquette for about six months now. Since we've reconnected, he's a handsome district attorney from Brooklyn, New York, and business is booming. I tried to keep things under wraps, but somehow the paparazzi got wind of things and now everyone knows. Chris and I are still close, which has become a problem for Kendall. He cares for me, but he's inconsistent. One day he's madly in love with me, the next he's ghosting me and standing me up for date nights. Chris keeps saying I should dead things with him, but I don't know.

This is Kendall...

Manhattan: SIS WAKE YA AZZ UP! I'M PLAYING THE CREW LEAGUE TODAY. YOU PROMISED YOU'D SHOW UP!

I looked at my watch. SHIT! It's 2:00 and the game starts at 3:15! Ugh! You'd thought my ass was on fire the way I jumped outta bed, got in the shower, put on clothes and drove down to the stadium. Doja, Teyana, and Tems were already there. I struggled to find a parking spot, but by the grace of God I got one and made it to the stadium with 30 minutes to spare. I tried being all inconspicuous but I tripped down the stairs, and as if on cue  Glen "Big Baby" Davis saw me and everyone turned around.
