I had locked myself to my room and it was probably the third pillowcase I cried wet already.

- Samuel there's someone who wants to see you, mom said and knocked the door.

- I don't want to see anyone.

- I think it's about Anthony.

I got up and mom said there had been a girl in the front door asking for me.

- She gave me this envelope for you.

I ran after Anna and reached her down the street.

- Is he... Did he... Just tell me! I shouted after her. Anna turned slowly.

- He's alive, she said and I collapsed to the ground.

- Good. That's good.

Anna shocked me by saying:

- I don't know if it is.

- What?

- Don't get me wrong I love my brother and I'm so relieved he's still here but I'm afraid how  he's going to react when he wakes up. If he's going to be very angry that we unmade his choice.

- We just need to be there for him. He wanted to paint a rainbow, I said and Anna looked at me like I was gone mad.

- He did. And we just need to tell him that there's a treasure at the end of it, I said.

- And what's that?

- A better tomorrow.
