You changed into your pajamas holding the other spare pajamas, as you walked out the room. Closing the door behind you, "Hey Bene, I have some spare clothes you can change to they may be bit small b-"

You were stopped in your tracks to Benevolent squeezing the water out of his uniform shirt in the sink, but more importantly at the sight of his back exposed, facing you.

You quickly snapped your gaze at the kitchen counter near him. "Hey uh the bathroom is over there" You point to a door on his right, coughing into your other hand.

He realizes, flustered with the redness on his face and quickly rushes to the bathroom (after grabbing the spare clothes from your hands) and locks his door.

You're still looking at that drawer, flustered yourself. You can't get the image of the water dripping down his back, in the crevice of his shoulder blades. You wonder if you will be able to sleep tonight.

He comes out, dressed on and drying the remaining dampness of his hair. You feel the urge to brush it with your hair. You immediately swallow that urge down in shame. Looking around for something to do (and break the increasing silence), you spot your computer.

"Hey wanna look at some scary movies? We could binge watch "Generic Gory movie" parts 1, 2, 3 and 4. You pause. "Unless thats not your thing - we can look for something else to watch?"

He walks towards you where you grab the computer, "Horror movies are fine, in fact thats my favorite movie actually."

You raise your eyebrow in suspicion "Really, wow didn't think you were into gore and blood. Is Scary_Day into them? He seems like he would be." You walk in the bedroom door. "Im not sure, maybe" The Baker replies

You start to settle into the small bed on the left side of the room. But before you are ready to start watching the movie, you quickly walk back towards the door of the room, "Be right back actually ima go scavenge for some snacks".

Benevolent hears you rummage through your fridge and cozies up in the bed, when he takes in the state of the room.

There was a bunch of papers scattered on the drawer to his left. He lifts one up.

(more information was written but Benevolent skimmed to the words below)

At the bottom of the page, in red ink the word "REJECTED" was written along with "Im sorry, but some of the required personal information is missing, as well as some skill assets, therefore we will have to decline your registration."

He hurriedly put the paper back on the drawer as he hears you walk in.

"Hey so I found an open bag of chips inside a counter and a can of sprite and cola. Which one you want?" He reaches over to whatever can to take as he moves over to make space for you. He got sprite.

Your bed is very small, you realize as you have to squeeze your body with Benevolent so the both of you can fit. The only thing that is separating you is the bag of chips, as you both balance the computer in the middle, on both your knees.

A couple of hours have passed

You yawn, stretching out your arms the credits for the third movie of "Generic Gory" movie roll and its 2 am at this point. You look over to Benevolent, who seems to still be awake going over to scroll for the fourth movie.

"Oh? You-" you yawned again "you wanna continue watching? Im gonna go sleep now you can continue watchin' just lower the volume, I don't wanna wake up to the sound of some girl screaming her head off." You shut your eyes cuddling your head to his shoulder. His eyes are glued to the screen.

You're starting to drift of, feeling a hand brushing through your hair. It feels a bit different, maybe more possessive? Exhaustion bled into your thoughts as you forget about the thought as quickly as it came.

You open your eyes a tiny bit, too tired to even open them all the way. You can see a pair of eyes staring straight at you. The faint noise of the movie is playing, you absentmindedly notice.

A red, malevolent aura seems to submerge the room but you're too tired to think about it, writing it off as some sort of weird fever dream.

In the morning you wake up with an empty bed, and some lukewarm tea settled atop of neatly piled up papers. You groan, already missing the touch of another persons skin. You take a sip of the cooled tea.

Another day passes.
