Later that night...

Your POV

I unlocked the bathroom door, my hair rested on top of my head wrapped up in a towel. I had borrowed a pair of Brian's blue pajama shorts and one of Toby's grey shirts, which hung on me like over sized doll clothes.

Walking out, Tim rested on the bed in the far corner while Brian sat on the edge of it watching the news that was played on the big screen Television that was placed on the wall. We had rented a pretty cheep hotel room, but it was nice.

Toby slept on the bed closest to the door, laying in it with his limbs sprawled out.

Motherfucker must've forgot we were sharing the bed.

"Up, Im sleeping here too, and I'm definitely not sharing with the two elderly people." I huffed, tugging on Toby's sweatshirt. "Fine." He muttered, moving to the left side of the bed and let me sit down. "We're not done that old Y/n, mid twenties remember." Tim spoke from the other side of the room, guess he wasn't asleep.

"Whatever, still act like 'em." I gave a sly smile as I plopped down onto the bed.

A woman knows better to not be left alone in a room full of men, it's been known since the dawn of humans. Always that voice in the back of her mind shouting to cover up, just because she has a body part used for caring for they're young.

It could be the same for a man, the feeling is all the same for both and every gender.

I cringed at my discomfort, these guys wouldn't pull shit.

"You wanna see my drawings?" I heard Toby ask below me, looking down, his head rested in my lap. Boy definitely didn't understand boundaries, but I was going to let it slide just this time. "Sure." I smiled down to him, resting my hand on his chest.  "I've been interested into flowers lately." He hummed, handing me his sketch book.

I flipped through the messy pages, lilacs, daisy's and roses were splattered over the lined paper.

"It's very pretty, Toby." I softly spoke, whenever I would take in the act of caring for another human being I couldn't help but speak like a mother to her child. I guess, not having a mom just turns you into one.

"Thank you." He smiled, his eyes explored my face while they twinkled.

And there it was, the black haired man found his way into my messy mind. Hotel rooms, the natural place for unpleasant memories. Getting hit, shout at, so much more.

Jeffs eyes twinkled just like Toby's, now I realized what was running through Jeff's fogged mind whenever his eyes would twinkle with an unknown emotion.

It was love.

He didn't even know himself, and neither did I.

We didn't know anything about the emotion.

Toby grabbed the sketch book out of my hands and tossed it onto the nightstand, turning onto his side, he let my thighs turn into his pillow as he watched the news Brian wasn't so interested in anymore.

I slumped into the mattress, the pillow behind me was cold. But the comforter that was layed up untill my stomach kept my legs warm, along with Toby cuddling me like a teddy bear.

"Aw look at that, Kate's missing out on the bet! See I fuckin told ya it would happen." I heard Tim exclaim, looking to my left he sat up in the bed with a shit eating grin. "What?" I asked, confused.

"Toby's gotta girlfriend." Tim taunted.

"Oh shut the fuck up, if anything it's a friendly bond." I pushed off his words, and rested against the head board of the bed once more.
