The company was founded on September 28, 2022 by K-Pop power couple HyunA & DAWN following their departure from P NATION. The company opened trainee auditions on October 1st, 2022. Both Hyuna and Hyojong aim to provide the trainees and idols under their label a place to have creative freedom and the ability to love freely. HyunA will take charge of managing the female trainees, while DAWN will do the same for the male trainees.

Thus, they decided that their company would be built around the lore in Greek Mythology. This being a set of stories about Gods, Goddesses, and Heroes in ancient Greece. Though regarded as just myths, many people believe that since the founding of the company with this theme, anyone who associates themselves with the company will be blessed with success, talents, power. Some even began spreading rumors that those under the company may be directly related to these Gods, Goddessess, and Heroes themselves.
