•Shibayama doesn't want to tell his team about that the is dating Kuguri and it's because of the 2 captains having a not so good relationship with each other.
•Lev was the first one to know because he wanted to talk to shibayama and he was still asleep with kuguri.
•Kuguri invites Shibayama around a lot of the time(only when he can).
•They have known each other since they were children because they went to the same elementary school.
