Rosé Carter is a 16-year-old girl that was born and raised in LA When She was just a sweet little girl living with her sister, mom, and, dad but people in other parts of LA thought she lived in the good parts of LA.
but She was born in the bad part with drug dealers, crackheads, gang members, etc she never messed with anybody or said anything to nobody.
but the main point is that she grew up in the bad parts and went to school and got honor roll but when she was in 6th grade she wanted to start modeling.
because her parents said that she should start modeling and she thought about it when she was at school then she said yes when she got to her bus and started to get excited when she got home....
