He was a traveling merchant but got lost and kidnapped he was able to frame another mutant that had memory loss, and hid up north before being contracted by a group to help search in Alaskan ruins for treasure... ghouls,hurkl ran into a pre war Chinese ranger... and he tried to kill the ghost but was killed by a enclave commander.. caption Hannover? Yeah.... but wass resurrected by a ncr doctor now he aids them when needed making his headset important again
