Chaeryeong's POV

"Unnie, your dad is here" Yuna said which made me closed the book I was reading

"What is he doing here?" I asked and Yuna let out a sigh

"Chaeyeon unnie, can you give us a minute please?" Yuna asked Chaeyeon unnie across the room and she went out

"Unnie, your dad is somewhat fixing himself. He's changing for the better" she said that surprised me

Knowing my dad, his pride is beyond reachable. I doubt he will change especially if his image is at risk

"I doubt that Yuna" I said and went back to reading

"Can you please listen to me first hmm?" She asked and hold my hand. I decided to put down the book first and faced her

"You're dad, believe me. He is changing. When you were rushed in the hospital by Ryujin-unnie and Gaeul-unnie, you already lost a lot of blood and your dad was the one who donated his blood so you can survive for the night. He came panicking in the hospital going around asking the nurses to get his blood and he almost cried. That's what the unnies told me" she said

"And you know, he even looked for doctors to check up on you. And I was never left alone in watching you. He's always with me" she said

I remained quiet trying to process what she's telling me

"He also asked Chaeyeon unnie to take care of your drop out papers at school" she added that made me confused

"Drop out papers?" I asked and she nodded

"Your dad won't force you to take medicine anymore. Instead, he agreed that you'll take and focus on media arts" she added

"And do you know what's the most important part?" She asked and I shook my head

"He accepted us unnie. He said that he'll try his best to treat me like his own daughter since I'm your lover" she said that really shocked me

"H-he really said that?" I asked since I can't believe what I just heard

"Yes. So can you please hear him out?" She asked. I didn't know what to answer so I kept silent

"Unnie, at least listen to what he's gonna say. I promise he won't hurt you nor your sisters ever again. Please? Can you consider listening to him? For me?" She asked and she knew I can't reject her when she's acting like that.

Using herself as a way of making me agree on what she want.

I nodded in response to her and she hugged me

"I'll call uncle" she said

"Uncle?" I asked since she's calling my dad uncle

"Yeah. I call him uncle and I call your mom aunty. He said I can call him that" she said and smiled at me

"I'll be back" she said and kissed my head

She then went out of my room to call my dad

As I was left alone, I really am having a lots of thought in my mind. Is my dad hit by something? I'm even ready to live without him since my sister already supported me when he kicked me out.

Why did he suddenly change?
Did he realize he's not a good father when I got into an accident?
Did he got scared I almost left this world?
Is he afraid of losing a daughter?
Or he's just afraid his name will get dirt if his colleagues found out about what kind of father he is?

I was deep in my thoughts when I heard the door opened

"Ryeong" someone called me and I know who it is
