I love Tuff Luck, probably the most underrated Trap Master. She is amazing.
Design: She's a cat! With green 4-leaf clover armor, like she's awesome. 10/10
Moveset: It is very good once you have her fully upgraded, it takes awhile to get used to and perform precisely, but once you got it, Tuff Luck is a killer. She is swift with her blades, they do amazing damage, she can hide in a clover patch, then pounce out onto enemies for super good damage, then she can also launch at enemies and hit them, which you can aim so you land where you want. It's very good. 10/10
