Glad to finally own Chopper. He's awesome.
Design: He's a dinosaur with a helicopter backpack thing. 10/10 for sure lol
Moveset: His rockets are strong, his helicopter blades charge is great, and his roar attacks is strong and knocks enemies back. 10/10
