It was late at night Vera had barely came back from Toronto and she was tired and her back was hurting as she entered her house. But once she had entered it something felt odd as she noticed that some things have been misplaced. So she left her rolling suitcase by the door as she walked upstairs with her phone in her hand. She slowly walked upstairs til she got to the second floor as she took cautious steps.

When she got near her bedroom she heard a noise then she slowly peeked through the open bedroom door she saw a man rummaging through the drawers. Vera's anxiety peaked when she realized that a man was seriously in her house. That's when she dialed 911 and she held it to her ear with shaking hands that wouldn't stop. She was waiting for the receiver end to answer as she looked at the man's every step of movement.
