hello! this is a little bit different to my other books but it's a book that i believe needs to be written.

so many young people suffer with their mental health on a daily, they feel alone, they feel tired and mentally drained but this book is hopefully going to help you feel less alone and more loved.

i want to try and use my platform on here to break the stigma and embarrassment of mental health, we all suffer from it, some in different shapes and sizes but as someone who has had to wait a long long time for therapy and considering mental health is so important, i'm making it my mission to become your safe person and give advice that i needed to hear when i was at my lowest!

so, i'm gonna talk about past experiences, some of which might be hard for me to repeat but i want to make it my duty to be there for you all so i'm willing to share some of my awful experiences and how i pushed through.

so i'm going to start a #you'renotalone and the purpose of this is to put it on your mutual friends account or even an account you don't even follow just to let them know that they are not alone.
