Part 4 - A Sad Loss

Man I've really been slacking, but the disclaimers have been doing it worse. They are too lazy to even show up this time

You shamble home with exhaustion clouding your mind even more than usual, the double shift having drained you of every resource you had mentally

You nearly fall over when you finally get inside, but make it to something soft before passing out at the very least

When you come back to the conscious world, you pick your head up and wipe your eyes to get a little vision back

(You)"Guh, I fell asleep on the kitchen floor mat? No wonder my neck feels like hell"

You say, sitting up and cracking your neck and back before checking the time

(You)"Ugh, it's almost time to leave for work. I only got something like 5 hours of sleep there"

You stand up and stretch a bit more

(You)"I really need some fresh clothes, these ones are soaked in sweat from that damned Foxy"

You mumble to yourself, looking in the drawer full of shirts and only seeing one

(You)"I really need to do laundry huh. I guess I could do it after work?"

You say to yourself as you toss the old shirt into the basket and put on the new shirt

(You)"'Oh yeah I forgot about this. I went to that Disturbed concert a while ago and got this shirt from it. Neat"'

You think to yourself as you get fully dressed, making sure to grab your keys and wallet out of your old pants before heading back to work

You arrive to the convention and feel your stomach growl angrily as you walk up to the door

(You)"'That reminds me. When did I last eat?"'

You think to yourself, the thought seemingly making the hunger worse

(You)"First? Office. Then pizza"

You sit down in the office and yawn, mind still on food as the phone goes off

(Mairusu)"hey there! Night 3 huh? Nice job making it halfway through your first week! Have you been able to see Mangle yet? She's quite adorable. I hope you've gotten a chance to enjoy her company a little. Watch out for Foxy though"

He says, you listening very loosely

(Mairusu)"Ah I'm rambling is all, sorry. Keep up on your senses! The girls get more energetic as the week goes on. Stay sharp"

He says, the click of the phone signifying your time to go look for whatever is left over from the day

You sneak out of the office and down towards the kitchen, using the shadows in the halls to hide from the girls talking on stage

You're too far away to hear the conversation they're having, but they keep gesturing up towards the camera

(You)"'Hm. Are they wondering why it hasn't been activated yet?"'

You think to yourself, quickly returning to the task at hand as you sneak around the corner and slip into the kitchen

(You)"Ah finally I made it."

You sigh to yourself, heart finally relaxing as you open up the fridge and look at what's available

(You)"Few things of cheese, sauce, meats, ah there's a leftover pizza"

You say, grabbing the box and looking in at the odd scene

(You)"Is this a box of, random pizza slices?"
