I don't care about my health anymore I guess. I think I am going to stop eating, I don't know. I think I am also just not gonna try to sleep anymore, I never get sleep anyway unless I'm lucky. I also don't care about my mental health, I just wont tell the therapist this stuff cuz she ain't doing sh*t that's helping. Idk, I just don't really want to do any of these but yeah. I kinda give up I guess. I don't know anymore...
