Book Name: Ghost Protector

The main character is just a normal person who is watched over by a ghost. The ghost could be someone they knew or just a random ghost who was bored and decided to watch over them.

The decision on if the mc knows about the ghost or just thinks they're really lucky when they dodge life or death situations is up to you.

You can also go the romance route and have the ghost find the mc cute and feels like they have to watch over them or it could be a ghost was assigned that person to watch over them and they fall in love.
