Birthday Surprise

Sadie's POV
Woohoo! Finally I'm 16! After 16 long years I'm finally 16! I danced around my room as I looked for what to wear. I just had the world's most amazing and relaxing shower to start my day. To bad I have school today though.

I decided to wear white shorts and a hot pink tank top that had a 17 on the back. I put my hair in a high pony tail and didn't put any makeup on. I headed to the kitchen and saw my family waiting for me.

" Happy birthday Sadie! " my parents and my brother exclaimed.

" Thanks! " I said then sat down at the kitchen table.

" So what's for breakfast? " I asked excitedly.

Whenever it's someone's birthday mom always makes the best food!

" Guess " mom said while smiling.

" Ummm....pancakes? " I guessed.

" Close! "

" Umm...chocolate chip pancakes?! " I guessed, hopefully.

" Yup! " mom exclaimed then put a plate filled with chocolate chip pancakes infront of me.

" Woohoo thank you! " I said then happily digged into my pancakes.

The taste of the chocolate chips melted in my mouth. It tasted delightful!

" It tastes great! Thank you! " I exclamied.

*** Time Skip *** ( At School )

I excitedly walked down the halls towards my locker. I didn't see anyone of my friends at all this morning which was weird, but I received a lot of " Happy Birthday! " this morning.

I opened my locker which was FLOODED with cards, letters, chocolates, flowers, and a few small gift boxs. Seeing all of these things made me feel like crying. I have so many amazing and one of a kind people in my life and in so blessed and grateful for each and everyone of them. As I was reading through the cards and letters someone's arms wrapped around my waist from behind. They rested their chin on my shoulder.

" Happy birthday my princess " I heard a deep godly voice say. I felt myself blush as I looked down.

" Thank you " I said then turned around and hugged Leo. He hugged back. I always felt so safe in Leo's arms. He planted a gentle kiss on my cheeck then my lips. The way his lips felt on mine was such a strange yet exciting feeling. His kiss felt almost forgien.

Leo handed me some roses and a box of my favourite chocolates. We made our way to the study hall. We had study hall and the great thing was we had all our friends in it! We made our way to the table near the back where all our friends were sitting. Before I had a chance to sit down I was tackled in a hug by Sasha and Sophie.

" Happy birthday Sadie!!! " they exclaimed. We got strange looks from everyone, but I didn't care.

" Awww thanks guys! " I said.

" This is for you! " Sophie said cheerfully handing me a cute hot pinl gift bag with a ribbon on it.

Inside was cute and thoughtful card, a beautiful charm bracelet, an adorable baby blue skirt, a bottle of nail polish, chocolates, and a gorgeous black handbag with golden buckles.

" Thank you so much Sophie!!! " I said then gave her a big hug.

" Here ya go! " Sasha exclaimed then handed me a cute blue and white poka-dot gift bag.

Inside was a sweet card, a gorgeous necklace with a bird pendant, a cute perfume, a really pretty anklet, an a stunning hot pink and gold walet to go with my handbag!
