ℕ𝕚𝕟𝕛𝕒𝕘𝕠 𝕆𝕟𝕖𝕊𝕙𝕠𝕥𝕤 ~ 𝕆𝕠𝕗𝕥𝕠𝕓𝕖𝕣 𝟚𝟘𝟚𝟚

𝒟𝒶𝓎 𝟤𝟤 ~ 𝒮𝓉𝒶𝒻𝒻 𝑜𝒻 𝐸𝓁𝑒𝓂𝑒𝓃𝓉𝓈 𝟤 ~

The resistance currently resided in their base of operations, they were led by Skylor, Nya, Cole and Jay while other elemental master some who had recovered their power and some who hadn't followed them.

The other ninja Zane, Jay and Garmadon remained trapped under Kai's wrath the courupted ninja doing who knows what to them. Skylor and Cole had their powers returned to them but Lloyd wasn't so lucky, this now meant Kai had the power of the green ninja... The cause of his desire and couruption.

Once Kai had taken hold of the staff the elements rushed into him it was a burst of power and adrenaline the feeling that he could do whatever he wanted and no one could stop him. The ninja had quickly shut these emotions down though, he used the elements to take down Chen's guards.

Then. Energy. He used it as a shield but... The feeling of what he could've had if he was the green nina. The feeling of what could've been if destiny picked him or he just left Lloyd go die in that volcano and went for the fang blade--

No! He couldn't think like that Lloyd is his brother and he has to protect him. No! He's a selfish brat who doesn't deserve the power now rightfully in Kai's possession.

The battle inside his head went on the corrupted taking over but not before he left Skylor get a grasp of the staff while she attacked him, once she collided with the floor she smashed the staff causing it to crack and let out some of the elements residing in it.

Bringing us to where we are now, Skylor being their main plan to defeat Kai now that she had more elements than him from the fact she absorbed every contestants power. The girl let out a groan as she smashed her fist on the table with a map of the island on top of it.

Slumping down into her chair her gaze filtered across the elemental masters before coming across her, Nya, aka Kai's sister. Now Skylor didn't want to mention anything but she was almost certain Nya had an elemental power literally no one not even the girl herself knew about.

Skylor considered the thought before that maybe they did know but just didn't wanna bring it up but after they began to panic about how Nya didn't have all her gear to protect herself the master of Amber was certain that Nya Smith was the master of Water and had absolutely no idea.

The red haired girl walked over to the small group disscusing the supplies and transport available to them and this team consisted of Shade, Nya, Karlof and Tox who apparently knew how to manufacture cars and had used that to help stabalise the roto-jet.

She tapped the girl on the shoulder then being met with the girls brown eyes and focused demener she felt bad for taking her out of. "Nya, you got some time to chat. Privately?" She noticed the girl's suspicious look towards her but chose not to focus on it.

The two walked to what they described as their '' resting room '' which was more just a bedroom built out of a dug out cave by Karlof and the others who unlike him had to use the proper tools. Skylor led Nya to a sitting area before sitting in front of her.

She took a breath in before scrunching her nose asking the question. "Nya, we know that Kai is an elemental master of fire but... Did you ever consider you might have an element of your own?" The younger girls eyes widened as she said nothing only blinking for a moment.

"Me..." She stared off slowly clearly shocked. "Have elemental powers?.. I- I never thought of that before... You can absorb elements right? The only reason you must be asking this is because I do have an element correct?"

The master of Amber nodded watching as Nya took a breath and nodded herself. "OK... So what is it?" Skylor placed her hands infront if her before forming a ball of water before letting it go causing a splash to happen and a puddle to be on the floor.

Nya stared at the puddle before looking towards her hands. "My element is... Water?" She looked up to Skylor who nodded. "I know this may be a lot to ask but if you could train your element we may have a chance at beating Kai, he wouldn't see it coming and we could use it in a plan."

Nya stood up smiling. "I'll do it, I'll become a master of Water." Skylor stood up too. "If you need it I can always help, after all it may help you if I'm there training water as well." The two girls walked out the room to announce the new elemental master of the resistance.

Kai paced around the throne room that once belonged to Chen, now it belonged to him. He had captured the remaining elemental masters and those who had gained back their elements he stole again so that now he had all their elements. All but a few who had escaped.

After capturing Chen though Kai had to admit the army obyed him pretty quickly following his every command it was pathetic honestly, how someone could have so little pride they bow down to someone who's in power in seconds.

But Kai wasn't complaining he had himself an army and complete control over the island now all he needed to do was find the rest of the elemental masters and take their powers so he could begin his attack on Ninjago and taking all the power in the world.

He stopped pacing when the door opened revealing two guards holding one of the resistance members whom he had taken powers from prior. Chamielle the master of form who now was without her powers. The two guards pushed her forward and she fell to her knees.

Holding the staff tightly Kai loomed over her his eyes glowing a deep red that began to turn brighter like flames when he spoke. "Where is your base? Tell me and your punishment for running away once I took command will be less severe."

The master of form scowled at him her yellow eyes narrowing before she sighed. "They're behind the water falls... They've been training and plotting to take you down there. The green, black and blue ninja along with the master of Amber and some other girl are in charge."

Kai smirked before placing his hand on her shoulder causing Chamielle to look up. "Thank you for the information, for that I won't burn you to death. Instead you'll be put to work making weapons and armour."

He waved his hands as she let out shouts of protests, the two guards raised her by the underarm and took her away closing the door behind them. Kai raged using multiple elements to attack the room his eyes changing color rapidly before finally turning back to red.

"My friends run away and now they plot to stop me?! I'll show them. I'll show them who's the most powerful, Lloyd doesn't even have his element back what could he do? Skylor, Cole and Jay however... They are threats to me. I don't feel their elements."

He then began to shoot energy blasts as the walls and pillars. "I MUST have all the power... I NEED all the power and the only way to get that is through capturing them... And capturing Skylor in particular her alone would allow me to duplicate every element she's absorbed."

Kai turned heading to the catacombs of the Palace. "Capturing her would be the best course of action to confirm my victory before I've even won."

He smiled walking up to one of the prisoners. "It wouldn't hurt to use a little... Bait after all." The prisoner looked up a scowl present on his face looking at the traitor. "How about you help me a little, Jay?"
