I wrote those poems almost exactly a year ago. I am in a much better place which is proof that if you are going through a similar experience then it is not the end of your world.
I met someone that makes me feel heard and seen. I am still unlearning the things I picked up from my past relationship but it's easier when you have support. Please feel free to reach out to me if you need somebody.
