Ambush. Rush. Screech. Eyes. Jack. Timothy. More Rush, More Screech.

The entities were getting desperate to catch you, Rush flying through the halls in a hopeless attempt to find and kill you. And Screech? Screech was being Screech, annoying you at every turn and every step that it could possibly show its weirdly ugly face.

Even Timothy had joined the fun to try and get you, occasionally popping up in the drawers and hilariously catching Seek off guard most of the time. You couldn't help but chuckle every time Seek was 'attacked' by the unnaturally large spider.

You were, however, impressed that Seek was able to avoid questions from Rush and Ambush each time they passed, how Seek went unnoticed by Screech too. You were absolutely sure that they would prod for questions, but they remained utterly silent about the whole situation. In fact, you hadn't heard them say anything, Figure and Seek being the only two entities that actually talked to you. Well, maybe not talked to you, but you had heard both of them talk, and that was good enough.

If you didn't know better, you'd think they supported Seek's efforts to help you out. But you did know better. Why would they attack you so frequently if they wanted to help you out? It just... It just didn't make sense. And Figure's reaction was good enough to know that he wanted you dead.

All you knew was that you were trapped within a hotel, stuck having to pass room to room, gathering keys, collecting random items. The origins of the item? You didn't know, and at this point, you really didn't want to know.

Speaking of repetitive rooms, you came across a new room. Ok, maybe not a room, but an outside area. Rain was pouring down onto the overpass above you, large angel-like statues holding swords were in the center of the perimeter.

Dark green grass blanketed the floor, you didn't know if that was a good sign. Grass is green when its healthy sure, but did each blade being the deep green color mean that it was doing just fine? Only time would tell, and you didn't have that time.

It was just when you were starting to get hopeful that Seek began to get agitated. It was... Unnerving to say the least. Seek wasn't even making funny comments and was entirely fed up with Timothy's shenanigans.

You were getting nervous by his newfound behavior, which soon spiraled into a hole of thoughts when you came across a duplicate of the hallway where Seek had first decided to appear. You had come across other long hallways, but this one just felt different, especially with Seek being so distant at this time.

Picking up your pace to, hopefully, avoid reminiscing in this room, left you caught off guard when you heard something collide with the wood floor. Twisting around you saw Seek kneeling on the floor, it was a little- No, terrifying. It was terrifying.

Eyes were shredding the wallpaper to watch the show they were about to be given, a drama of betrayal. With little warning Seek charged at you, his one eye seeming distant and far off rather than the kindness it had once shown.

It was DeJa'Vu, you had gone through this before. Except last time, it hadn't been your friend chasing you, rather an aggressive monster who wanted to stop you in your tracks. But now it was a friend, now all you could do was run.

You opened the door and were met with the familiar room. Having to quickly identify the right door to go through, having to duck and dive over loose debris. Your legs had already been sore from all the walking, now they just hurt as you were forced to move them. Your stamina playing no part to try and help you.

Your brain was just barely holding on to the events happening around you, it was literal brain soup by now. But you couldn't fail, especially not when you crossed the final door that led into the next phase. It was exactly the same, hands reaching from the walls in failed attempts to snag you, the carpet on fire from the fallen chandeliers.

You could see the other side. And that other side, wasn't going to be your savior. Even if you made it through you already knew the sheer power of which Seek carried. But you would fight to the very end before dying to Seek's hands.

You slammed the door shut, that sickening thud as Seek collided with the wooden door. Only a few seconds had gone by before you could hear Seek pounding the door. You knew the door wasn't going to hold, the initial impact must be just the edge Seek needed to break the door. And within moments you were proven right.

Seek made quick work of the door and was now scouring the room with his eye. Within a few moments Seek was upon you, slamming you into the wall. Your breath was knocked right from you. Without letting your lungs catch themselves he threw you to the floor.

Your back already swelling from the rough housing of Seek. Letting out a pained yelp as he grabbed your lower arms and pulled them away from your body. Your muscles straining from the forced position.

"You thought I would help you, didn't you? You should know by now; Entities don't care about you." Seek practically laughed at your shocked expression, his grip tightening, claws tearing into your skin as he prepared the excruciating painful process of tearing you limb from limb.

The thick black substance dripping onto your skin and clothing, you screwed your eyes shut, not wanting to see what the Monster could possibly do to mutilate your body. Seek slowly began stretching your arms as far as they could go before you felt your muscles started to pull apart. Your tendons tearing as your bones were forced away from each other.

Screaming and writhing, tears managing to get past your eyelids as Seek's body weight held you down to the floor. Your arms were fiery hot as your muscles strained to keep together, but it was no use. Seek was a monster, Seek was bigger, stronger, larger, and even more durable than you could ever be. He was right. Why had you trusted him so easily? Why had you given up so easily? You should've kept running, maybe even hiding in a closet would've done you better.

But suddenly he released your arms, you were slightly relieved until he grabbed your left upper arm. You couldn't do anything but be a ragdoll. Your arms were sore and absolutely desecrated. Even if you wanted to move them you couldn't, your nerve system had gotten caught up in the painful stressing of your muscles. Now it seemed as if the pain would never end for you.

Tears were still coming down your face as you braced yourself for more of the pain, perhaps even a fresh wave of it that would prove you wrong about this being so painful. You only braced yourself for what the entity would do to you.

Seek's crushing grip breaking your arm, a snap of brittle bone that caused even him to reel back. He stood up quickly, arms brought up in front of him in a merciful pose. Seek backed up into the wall, scared to even come near you now. You could get up now, but you knew that you wouldn't be able to run far. It was hopeless. You could only wait.

Seek took a stepped forward, but evidently stopped his approach as he saw you push yourself away using your foot. Analyzing the damage overall he decided it was better not to approach. He was not only scared for you, but of himself, he had hurt you, badly too.

This wasn't going to be an injury that would heal within a couple of days, it was going to take weeks, if not months before you recovered. And that wasn't including trauma. Trauma he had caused, trauma that had started because the elevator had brought you to this floor.

"I'm so sorry." Whispered Seek who looked around, as if thinking of a solution, as if thinking what his next move should be. "I'll... I'll find something to help you, you stay right there." Seek said to you quickly, barging through the next few doors. All you could hope for was that Rush or Ambush didn't pass by.

You had a chance, you had hope, but it was dwindling, and quickly.

Evidently your body forced you to sleep, the quickly growing pain putting your body in a state of shock.

You had passed out.

...Whatever will happen now?
