knock knock

You knocked at my door at 6am
Didn't answer it, so you did again
And repeated till I finally gave in
Treated me like a queen, made me euphorius
And as soon as I let my guards down,
You became too comfortable
Played with my trust like it's your playground
You go and come and I let you be
Played with the strings to my heart
Till one day you cut too deep
Crossed the limits that you never imagined to be.
Tore my heart, so I tore you down
Took all the favours that I gave you back
Built you up and then striped you down
Forever closed the doors of  'us'
So don't you ever think of knocking again
I'll slam the door shut,  maybe with a middle finger right in your face.
One day I'll forget you for better too
Till then I'll write about you a little more
Buried your memories six feet deep,
But they're still in my property.
Will burn the damn place down if it means,
Getting rid of the memories of you and me
