"You're just like me.." Maleficent muttered in awe as he walked in circles around the fairy girl with big fluffy (W/C) wings. "Yeah..?"

The girl was confused by the boy's reaction. Has he not seen someone like his kind before? "Have you not met other fairies before?" The unknown fairy, since Maleficent didn't know her name yet, asked him intrigued.

The raven haired boy gently touched her injured wing, seeing as it slightly flinched under his delicate finger tips. There was no way she could fly in the state she was in. Other than noticing her injury, he was slightly amazed how soft her wings were compared to his.

"Oh, um.. I've met other fairies before. I live with a lot of fairies. I've just never seen one that looks so similar to me." Another thing Maleficent noticed was the (H/C) horns sticking out of the top of her head as well. Her horns weren't as big as his but they were still very much noticeable in the dim light.

"What happened to you? Why are you out here alone? It's dangerous you know." He told her, slightly gesturing with his head towards the unconscious male humans on the muddy ground.

The girl frowned as she hugged herself, seeking for a bit of warmth in the chilly night. Just thinking about the events that happened prior made her shiver in fear. "We were attacked.." She replied, her voice wavering.

"We?"

The girl nodded, letting him know she was talking about more fairies. "I was with my parents. We were attacked by humans and my parents told me to fly away. Everything else after that seems kind of blurry to me. I can't remember it quite well. Although I remember there was a bunch of us. We didn't do anything to the humans, we were just... living. We never bothered anyone and they just.. attacked."

The girl made a small pause before continuing. "I was told to never stop flying away... so that's what I was doing before I was shot down a few minutes earlier by them."

Maleficent could see this was upsetting her by the second, as he could see her eyes shine with tears. The boy didn't know if he should ask or not but he assumed the worst, seeing as she was alone.

"Did they...?" The fairy girl turned to look up at him and slightly shrugged. "I don't know if they're alive.. and if they are, I don't know where they can be. Home is so far away now. I don't even know how to go back." She replied to which then made the boy ask another question.

"When did this happen? I mean, when were you first attacked?"

"Four years ago."

He frowned, feeling sorry for her. Even though Maleficent didn't have parents, he hasn't been alone all these years, he had the Moors folks to keep him company. As for her, she has been alone for four years and without a knowledge if her family was okay or not. He couldn't imagine what she was feeling.

"Do.. you have somewhere to stay?" Maleficent hesitantly asked her and patiently waited for an answer. The girl with (H/C) hair used her left hand to wipe away the tears from her eyes and shook her head. "You can stay with me! I mean- with us! Uh.. in the Moors? I'm sure the other fairies won't mind, we love to help each other." The raven haired boy blushed in embarrassment, he didn't mean to sound so eager but he was excited to finally have a friend who was around his age.

At least, he assumed she was his age. She did look really young.

"If it's no trouble.."

"It isn't! Come on, I'll show you around." The boy knew the Moors was a little more deep into the forest and walking there would take around a few minutes. Flying was the easiest way to make it there quickly. "Do you mind if I carry you?" Maleficent asked the girl and she shook her head as a response.
