I snuck out of my home and walked around the isle. I was pretty sore after last night's beating but I knew I had to get out of mom's so called 'castle' for a while.

My sister is with our friends right now stealing but I didn't go with them cause I didn't want to push myself too far. As I was walking, I thought about how free I would feel once I escape my family for good.

'If only there was a way out' I thought as I started walking towards the barrier cause nobody ever goes there which meant I could get a bit of peace and quiet. When I got there I saw people with blue hair on the broken bridge outside of the barrier.

'how did they get outside the barrier?' I thought and decided to walk up to them. "Hey, you guys with the blue hair!" I shouted and they turned around to look at me

"Greetings, how may we be at service to you?" A tall guy asked and I looked at him weirdly 'why does he talk like that?' I thought

"how did you, get outside the barrier?" I asked and they looked at me blankly "We just landed but it seems we've came to the wrong place" A girl with a Bob cut hair said

"May I ask, why are you in a barrier?" A person with short hair asked "oh, I'm here against my free will due to my parents past" I explained "would you like us to help you?" The guy asked and I looked at him confused

"How? The barrier is magic, there's no way you guys would be able to break it down" I explained and the people looked at the barrier then they all took out clear oval devices

They put their hand over their devices and it started glowing blue "you may want to back away for this" the Bob girl warned and I did what I was told

They then threw the blue energy at the barrier and it slightly opened just enough for me to walk out of and I was shocked. I then saw the barrier was about to close again and I ran as fast as I could to the opening 'this is my only chance' I thought.

I was outside the barrier just in time before it closed again and I lead out a large breath of relief and a bit of pain. "Thank you" I said as I looked up at the people who had just saved me from my hell.

"It was our pleasure" the short haired person said. "You look like you're deeply in pain, would you mind if I help you?" the guy asked and I nod. He then puts his device in his hand and it scanned me and I could feel most of my pain was gone

"Thanks" I said to the guy "my pleasure" the guy said "would you like to be on our ship, so you can find a place to stay?" the Bob girl asked and I looked at her confused.

"Ship?" I asked cause I didn't see a pirate ship anywhere "we're aliens" the Bob girl responded and I was shocked "your not going to hurt me, are you?" I asked

"Oh no, our people only believe in peace and harmony" the short haired alien said and I nod. "So, will you join us?" the guy alien asked "um, sure" I said and the aliens walked over to me and the Bob alien put her hand on my shoulder and I flinched

"You okay?" She asked and I just nod slightly "Beam us up mothership" the short haired alien said and a beam of light shined around us. We then suddenly appeared in a place full of technology and I looked around in awe. "This is amazing" I said

"Why, thank you" a voice suddenly said and I screamed holding on the guy alien "it's alright it, that was just mothership" the guy said to me and I let go of him. "Shall we find a new place to for you to stay?" the Bob alien asked and I nodded

"By the way I never got you're names" I said as we walked in a room full of controls "my name is A-lan and that's A-spen and A-li" A-lan said while pointing at the other two aliens and I smiled for the first time in a while

"I'm Y/n" I said and the aliens nod "may I ask, why did you flinch when I touched you shoulder?" A-li asked and I sighed. "It's a long story" I said "you can show us" A-spen said and I looked at them confused

"Put your hands on this device" they explained and I did what I was told. Then suddenly all the events of my life showed on the mothership about how my parents have been treating me and how I cry myself to sleep. I took my hands off the device and tears started to fall down my face.

"Why is there water coming out your eyes?" A-lan asked "oh I'm just crying cause I'm sad" I explained while wiping my tears "oh, we aliens suppress our emotions as they are messy for telepaths" A-spen explained and I nod, now understanding why they don't show any emotion.

"Why don't you just vaporize them" A-li asked and I looked down sadly "I'm not strong or anything like that, so I just let them hurt me" I said sadly. "May I say, I don't see that. From what I see you are a strong human" A-lan said and I just kept looking down at the ground.

Then the aliens started singing a song and I felt safe around them and I smiled as they started cheering me up (the song that they are singing is 'shooting star' from my previous book) "Thanks guys I really needed that" I said smiling at them "of course" A-spen said

~two hours later~

I have been spending time with the aliens for two hours now and it was really fun. The aliens helped me find a new place to stay and we found a small town. However it didn't have much information about it but it was really far away that you probably needed to teleport just to get there and I knew that's where I wanted to go.

Me and the aliens then beamed down to the bridge again and I looked at them sadly. "I'm going to miss you guys" I said crying cause they were the only true friends I have ever had "we are only a galaxy away" A-lan said to me and I gave a sad smile "we want you to have this, it's a Luma lens you can use it anytime as you seem to have magic so it will work for you" A-spen said, handing me the lens

"Thank you, for everything" I said and hugging them as they hugged me back cause I already taught them what a hug was. I looked back at the isle behind me and frowned 'this wasn't where I belonged anyways' I thought and looked back at the aliens "bye guys" I said waving at them "fairwell star" the aliens said and I smiled at the nickname

I closed my eyes and focused on my magic as my hands glowed blue and my eyes started to glow green. Then I said the spell that I have been practicing for years that was in my mom's spell book for when I knew I needed it for my escape. Then blue smoke surrounded me and I teleported.

I opened my eyes and saw that I was in a forest. I started running as fast as I can there was no looking back if they catch me I will be so dead.
