One night stand

I take a deep breath as I see the rather large beast in front of me
His rather large muscles appearing to be tensesed up ready to attack at any moment

He slowly sits up
I move along with him
I get off and sit down next to him
"Will I ever see you again?" I ask him

He doesn't respond
Before any other words could be exchanged he has already gotten up and prepares to leave

I look at him one last time before he cloaks and leaves out the window
I wonder what could have been
Maybe it just isn't meant to be
