Who is Fenner?

Fenner Railan, born 17 years ago, just around the corner to becoming an adult, is someone who lives in the Berkian village. His life isnt very interesting as all his life is about is being a blacksmith helping Hiccup with certain tasks, he just gets ignored and disliked like Hiccup for no reason. Only because he cant do anything to dragons beside flee.

What he has on his person is a book, small rucksack, a knife in a holster strapped to his leg, a pencil and a fishing rod slung on his shoulder.

He loves drawing stuff such as maps which he has grown into cartography, blueprints for random gizmos and gadgets. He makes these gadgets and gizmos in the blacksmith.
