Chapter 2 - The Tour

Vanessa guides the Mikaelson's to the record room. Lucious and Cookie were listening to Ashley and Hakeem singing

"Everybody wants to shine, but they can keep on wishing 'cause ain't no stars made overnight." Ashley sang

"So this is a record room, where kids come in and record their music." Vanessa said "As you can see Ashley and Hakeem are recording for their new song."

"Hakeem? As in Hakeem Lyon, son of Lucious Lyon?" Davina asked.

"The one and only." Cookie said as she turns her chair around and says, "Mrs. Salvatore, hi i'm Cookie, Lucious's wife, and mother of Hakeem." Cookie said with her hand held out. "Nice to meet you Cookie, I see things are going well in here." Vanessa said.

"Yes, this song is going to be a hit." Cookie said, and then turned her back around. "Alright let's do this again!" She yelled

Vanessa leads them out and takes them to the library. "This is the Salvatore Library. It consists of books supernatural, non supernatural, and artifacts that will keep you up to date." Vanessa said

Daisy was reading a book while walking. Then stops when she bumps into Hope. "Sorry." Daisy said. "It's okay." Hope said

"Mom, words on the page are vibrating, and I can't make them stop. I forgot how to read." Daisy said "Read to me mommy?"

"Okay, um, Daisy you've been up for two days straight studying, maybe it's time for you to take a break." Vanessa taking the book away from her.

"No!" Daisy yelled causing everyone to jump. "If I stop studying then i'll fail, you people are useless i'll find uncle Sam." Daisy said and then walked away.

"So how'd you like the school, Hope?" Vanessa asked. "It's perfect! It's got everything." Hope said excitedly.

"Ok, let's get some paperwork done and I'll take you to meet your roommate." Vanessa said "I just need to talk to you three, everyone else can go and explore."

Vanessa walks them to her office. Klaus saw a picture of Damon and Vanessa and picked it up. "You got remarried?" Klaus asked

"Yeah I'm happily married, and we have eight beautiful children together." Vanessa said "Wow, um, that's a lot of kids." Hayley said

"Okay, so, I just need to ask a couple of questions and then I'll take you to see your roommate." Vanessa said

Hope nods.

"Full name?" Vanessa asked. "Hope Andrea Mikaelson." Hope answered. "Named after me." Hayley said. Vanessa rolls her eyes. "Birthday?" She asked. "May 2, 2012." Hope answered.

"Species?" Vanessa asked. "Tribrid." Hope said. "Have you triggered any of your sides yet?" Vanessa asked. "I've triggered my witch and werewolf." Hope said

"Any other questions?" Vanessa asked. "Yes, what species are your kids luv?" Klaus asked

"Excuse me?" Vanessa asked. "Just answer the question." Hayley growled. "You don't scare me." Vanessa said, getting up from her chair. "You better watch yourself, I'm a hybrid just like you." Hayley said as her eyes glowed.

"Guys, guys, can we please act civil here?" Hope asked

"I don't have to tell you what my kids are, and don't mention them again." Vanessa said

Klaus and Hayley nod their heads. "Great, if there's nothing else, then Hope can start school next Monday. School starts at 8:30 am." Vanessa said.

She grabs a file from her drawer and holds it out waiting for one of them to take it. Hayley snatches it from her.

"What's this?" Hayley asked

"The rest of the forms, I need you to fill out." Vanessa said, she gets up from her chair and opens the door for them. "Have them on my desk by Friday at 5."

The three of them leave. 

"Ugh, this is going to be hell." Vanessa said, rubbing the temples of her forehead.
