Rebirth Of A Countless Epoch's Old Terror

Before we start I want to explain my choice of Dinosaur for Izuku, not many people know this but Dilophosaurus is a extremely deadly predator. It is considered the Tyrannosaurus Rex of it's time and had very few rival's if any, it was much larger in real life than in Jurassic Park as well.

The biggest specimen's stood at 10 feet tall and 23 feet long and were avid hunter's so imagine Izuku on raid's, the hooting and chirp's from Jurassic Park will unnerve anyone he's after.

Dilophosaurus arm's could actually work similar to ours, it could touch them together and bring stuff to it's mouth, That mean's Izuku has many different way's of capture or killing ability in both his form's he can take, so expect some blood/gore when he's angered enough to use his full abilities.

Izuku's eyesight will be amazing but in his full form his eye's aren't much help, they are situated on the sides of his skull so he will hunt using his scent and hearing abilities.

I am also taking writer's liberty and giving Izuku's Dilophosaurus form venom and a potent one at that, the venom is located in both the fang's and a sac in the roof of Izuku's mouth.

One last thing is that I'm changing the quirk of one particular class 1-A girl, the love interest who won't be shown in the tag's until revealed and will get a quirk similar to Izuku's, but I won't say who it is and what Dinosaur either.

All I'll hint at for the dinosaur is it lived around 139-130 million year's ago, weighed about 660 lbs and is a Dromaeosaurid type dinosaur.

Izuku Midoriya lived in a world where many fascinating people and thing's existed, centuries ago a baby had been born glowing a warm golden color in a hospital in China. The population had a outburst in the birth of people who had power's only believed to be found in comic's and movies, leading to an age of seemingly endless upheaval from these people being treated harshly and almost cruelty.

Over time the people with these power's named them quirk's due to their odd and unique nature, every person had a unique quirk that had drawback's of some kind for some reason. People with fire quirk's could easily get overheated and people with telekinetic quirk's mind's could get overloaded from use.

At the time of Izuku's birth 80% of the world population had a quirk of varying types and strength's, some could fly while other's could transform into animal's that existed today. There even a few people that could transform into thing's like dragon's, but no one had ever seen a person that had a quirk of a long extinct species.

Izuku Midoriya was already awake as he bounced around his room in excitement, every kid in Japan at age four was taken to a doctor that specialized in quirk's. It was those kind's of doctor's that determined the child's quirk or quirklessness, sometimes that same answer could dictate the child's entire future.

When quirk's had finally been fully integrated into society, hero's and villain's from stories became an everyday thing across the world. People who used their quirk's to hurt other's and to gain thing's for themselves were the villain's, while hero's fought these seemingly evil people and sent them to jail.
