This is a concept illustration for my current fanfiction titled A Paradise Lost: Kyochuu Rettou X Jurassic World that took inspiration from the Michael Crichton novel. So in this concept here, the main characters - Hikari Kisaragi and Mutsumi Oribe are hiding behind the waterfall from the large jaws of the Tyrannosaurus Rex, and when it's tongue is wrapped around Hikari's head, not being able to scream, and dragging him into its mouth, Mutsumi grabbed him as hard as she can, but her strength was no match for the muscular might that held him as you can tell by her expression.
Not only that this concept art was inspired from the novel, but it also gives a pretty similar vibe as to The Lost World: Jurassic Park where a few of the hunters hide in a small concavity behind a waterfall from Tyrannosaur Doe after she and Tyrannosaur Buck attack the camp.
