Years had passed
And she thought the wound have become a scratch
But alas! She just woke up last night
Soaking with her own bitter sweat
It was a memory dressed like a dream
It started like a gentle rain
She almost believed it won't be the same
Until her world started crambling

And again, she tried screaming her heart's out
But no words came out from her mouth
I wanted her to fight
And she tried
In her most calm might
She tell him what it feels like
But then again, he just laughed it out
Her feelings was made irrelevant
He prey her instead

And out of frustration I forced to wake her up
And shouted the words I kept from my heart
Through this way, through this desperate way, I can tell her it's alright
The past only lives at night
Atleast physically, she's safe
Though it'll take her years to heal
I won't give up comforting her, still.
