Small town of Bisu, a town of love, where reds are preferred but our little rebel loves to bend the rules so they wear pink. The town consists of a few hundred people.
Has a mother and their father died, the mother is a farmer
Babysits all the kids until they are working age so she has around 10-15 kids with her at all times
They find typical life boring so they monologue and exaggerate and are always super bright
Glitter incarnate, beauty fun and will fuck you up.
Both towns used to get along but at some point, their differences were too much so they peacefully decided to split but after that, some people died from poisoning and each town blamed the other so from that point onward they both go immediately into fight mode to "protect" themselves
There are exceptions to the "on sight" rule:
During the full moon (so like thanksgiving)
Around children
When someone kills a person from the other side they are celebrated and revered by the entire town.
