It was finally lunchtime after the first half of classes. I was already sick of being at this school. Every teacher had me introduce myself in front of the whole class, making my anxiety shoot through the roof. But at least I've got my cover story down pact with all the times I had to repeat it even more after lunch, and I go to the next half of classes.

I reached the lunch room seeing all the groups of friends were sitting together. It made me more anxious even though Flynn and Julie invited me to sit with them, and I still felt awkward. As I walked further into the room, I bumped into someone.

"I'm so sorry I wasn't looking where I was going." I apologize.

"It's alright. I was paying attention, either." A guy's voice said, and I looked to see a guy slightly taller than me with green eyes staring at me.

"Hey, you're the new girl, right? Flynn mentioned you in our last class."

"Yeah, I'm Delilah, but you can call me Del."

He gave me a bright smile, "I'm Reggie."

"Nice to meet you, Reggie. Have you seen Flynn? She and Julie invited me to sit with them at lunch. And I can't find them." I say, looking around the crowded lunch room.

"Oh yeah. We sit together, so follow me." Reggie said, then led me to a table towards the left side of the room. There I see Flynn and Julie sitting with two other boys.

"Guys, this is Del. She's new." Reggie introduced me.

Flynn smiled, "Hey, Del, you decided to join us."

"Yeah." I said, sitting to Flynn's left, and Reggie sat in front of me.

"Well, I see you met Reggie." Julie says.

"Yeah, I kind of bumped into him."

They laughed at me, with me joining in.

"Well, I'm Alex, by the way." Said the kid sitting next to Reggie. Then he pointed to his left, "And this is Luke." Luke sent me a small wave as he was shoving fries in his mouth.

I nodded and laughed at him while Julie and Flynn spoke their head at their friend.

"So Julie mentioned earlier that you guys are in a band." I asked, getting a little more comfortable around the group.

Luke swallowed his fries, and a smile grew on his face, "We are. It's called Sunset Curve."

"Tell your friends." Reggie said.

I turned to him, "I don't have many friends since I just moved here, Reggie."

He gave me a look realizing his mistake but gave me a smile apologizing.

"Anyway. I'm the drummer." Alex began to explain. "Reggie is our bass guitarist, Luke is our lead guitarist, as well as vocals, and Julie is our lead singer."

"That's really cool."

"And I'm their marketing team. I set up concerts for them." Flynn said with a wide smile.

"By the look you're giving me, I'm guessing you're really good at what you do."

Julie laughs, "Oh, Flynn is the best. She can have us at a venue like that." She said and snapped.

"So, Del, what are you doing after school? We have a band practice today, and you can come and listen to us if you want?" Luke asked, excited to have someone listen to them.

"Um... I would, but my uncle wanted me to go to his job for something." I told them vaguely.

"Oh, that's okay. Maybe next time?" Reggie said.

"Yeah, maybe."

Flynn turned to me, "What does your uncle do?"

"He's an FBI agent."

"Woah!" The group yelled out.

"Wait, really? So does he have like a gun?" Reggie asked enthusiastically.

I laughed, "Yeah, he does."

"That's awesome." Alex exclaimed.

The bell rang, signaling lunch was over, so we all stood up.

"What's your next class Del?" Luke asked.

I took out my schedule, "English with Ms.Lopez."

"I have her. I can walk you." Alex stated.

I smiled and waved at the others walking in a different direction. Alex and I headed another way. To say that so far, my first day at a new school maybe wasn't so bad.

At the end of the school day, I was waiting outside the school for whoever Anderson was. Suddenly, a black SUV pulled up, the windows rolled down, and a guy sat in the driver's seat. By the type of car he was driving, remembering it was the same type of car when I drove in with Hotchner, I guessed he was Anderson.

"Anderson, I assume?" I questioned, getting in the car after he nodded in confirmation.
