Tangled in between blankets, and admiring him and him only, my heart pounding out of my chest as I stared at him.

The amount of friends we had around us yet I could only lay my eyes on him.

"n/n! Are you going to play Candy-land with us or are you just planing on staring at Aidan?" Karl asked, shocking me.

Immediately I turned to look at him, my eye twitching slightly, as I plastered a glare onto my face. My other friends just looked back and forth.

"I wasn't staring." I muttered, gulping and turning my head onto the pillows on the fort. We made it earlier and never knocked it down.

"Sure you weren't." Tina lightly spoke with a scoff, I rolled my eyes at her, she quickly pulled her gaze away from me though focusing on Candy land considering Karl Wilbur, and Niki had already started playing the game.

I felt a slight weight on my right shoulder, making me slightly turn my head, "Soo what'd I miss I was looking over my tracks." Aidan softly spoke, his eyes meeting mine.

I immediately turned my gaze away from him, my heart beating out of my chest, stomach so full of butterflies, and face flushed red.

"Uhm— nothing really, their just uh- playing candy land." I responded, a slight chuckle leaving my lips moments after.

Aidan nodded his hair tickling at my neck, flopping all over his face. He didn't even bother pushing it away anymore. He just accepted it all over his face.

"Do you want to play Candy land?" He asked, his chin still propped on my shoulder, the presence of him heavier too my right.

"Not really- how about you?" I asked, finally turning my face towards him, Aidan lifted his head from my shoulder smiling brightly at me.

"No, I am bored though." He stated, now, moving to sit in front of me. His headphone wires over his shirt. His green eyes scanning the room.

"Want to watch a movie until the others want to do something else?" I asked, fiddling with my hands nervously.

"Sure, why not." He responded shrugging his shoulders. I smiled at him, standing up to go reach for my computer.

I carried the laptop in my hands, sitting down beside Aidan, I opened the laptop balancing it over my legs as I sat cris crossed.

I moved my cursor over to Netflix in the corner, I clicked on it finding my profile. I clicked on the search bar turning my attention to Aidan.

"So what movie?" I asked curiously. Aidan shrugged his shoulders. "Anything is fine." He replied with a light smile across his lips. I pursed my lips in thought before typing in something. "Scream?" I asked staring at my laptop screen.

"Which one?" He asked with a light chuckle. "The older ones? I think their enjoyable, it's hilarious to watch." I stated, turning my head to meet his face.

"The poorly made ones with the horrible cgi?" Aidan asked, chuckling softly. I scoffed playfully rolling my eyes.

"Yes? Those. Their enjoyable because their so stupidly made it makes me laugh out loud." I explained, laughing slightly.

"Karl stop cheating!" Tina yelled, Aidan and I turned our heads to face them witnessing Karl get punched in the arm.

I snickered lightly at it, earning a glare from Tina and Karl. "I guess we can watch the older scream movies." Aidan stated, I smiled cheerfully.
