"Hey Cass?" mason asked. We were chilling in my hotel room cause JJ wasn't back yet
"Yeah, what's up?" I turn my head towards him
"Who's this Gavin guy?" he asks putting his phone down and looking straight at me clearly wanting me to answer now
"I worked with him on The Summer I Turned Pretty, he played Jeremiah. Why are you asking?"
"Like Jeremiah as in the guy you loved?" He clarified. Why was this such a big deal
"In the show yeah. Why are you asking?" I try my question once again
"Cause in you comment section he is clearly flirting with you, and you just let it happen." he says with a slight attitude
"What do you mean I 'let it happen'? I didn't let anything happen. And it's always been the way that he talks to me, Lola shipped us the whole time on the show. I promise it means nothing."
"Sorry I don't know why I'm even mad about it. I just don't want you to get hurt." he says looking down
"Mase, you don't have to worry about me, okay? I will always be fine and if I'm not I'll come straight to you. Sound good?" He slowly looks up at me and nods his head, he opens his arms and I fall in to them
"And when did you start calling me Mase? I mean I'm not complaining, but I thought you were stuck on Maseypasey." He says looking down at me in his arms
"I was but it seemed fitting. I can go back to MaseyPasey if you want." I offer
"No no I'm good."
"Oh you sure cause I will, trust me if you would rather be called MaseyPasey I'll call you MaseyPasey."
