We wake up everyone else and play them the message while they take in the new planet.

"I know this is a lot to process. Take an hour and meet in the mess. We need to game this out." Bellamy says

"Guys, we survived. Monty made sure of it." Clarke reassured

"Now we get our humanity back." Abby smiles

"Some of us never lost it." Raven grumbles before leaving with Shaw following close behind.

"Anyways, would you like to further explain.. your family?" Clarke eyes me

"Yes... Jordan accidentally woke me up and I decided to stay up and well... we fell in love not too long after getting to know each other. Eden's a nightblood by the way. We were hoping for her to have red blood but it was just not in the cards..." I frown

Everyone's eyes widen at the sight of a possible future commander.

"For now, we keep this between us. Only tell people we trust. Eden will become a target. I don't want her and Maddie to have to be forced into a conclave after my death." I remind

Clarke nods eagerly, "agreed."

Everyone was exited to have a young child amongst the group again. They got to know Eden and asked her questions about how it was like living with a small amount of people for all her life.

An hour passed and we made our way to the mess hall. I sat with Clarke, Jordan, and Eden

Jordan brought out some algae and I could visibly see Clarke mentally gag.

"My dad preserved this for when we woke up. I'm told it dosent taste very good, but since it's all I've ever eaten..." Jordan says, handing Clarke a bowl

"Thanks."

"Abby's not touching hers by the way." I frown, looking in her direction

"She's worried about Kane. I'll go talk to her." Clarke sighs

"Kane. I forgot. Uh, stay here." Jordan says before wandering off

Clarke gives me a questioning look but I return it with a reassuring smile.

"Talk to her."

Clarke nods and walks over to her mother.

"It's so cool to see the people you talk about." Eden gushes

"I know my love. They're excited to see you too. Surprised as well of course." I laugh

"What did we miss?"

Raven and Shaw walk in hand and hand with smiles on their faces

Eden gushes at how Raven is so cool.

Raven is Eden's favorite.

"Nothing. It's about time. Take a seat." Bellamy reassures

"Ok everyone listen up. Here's what we know. Eligius III was a colonizing mission. According to the file, the mothership went to 5 planets that met necessary conditions for life, dropping mission teams on each one. Monty picked planet alpha for us because it's the closest and probably the most like Earth."

"We have to assume they couldn't know for sure until they got here. We can scan the atmosphere from the bridge." Shaw reassures

"Actually we can't. None of the equipment we used to monitor Earth is working. I'm guessing it's interference from the ionosphere." Jordan cuts in
