"Be careful. We're close to the camp now. When Gabriel hears the engines he'll-"

"Shut up! I'm concentrating." I interrupted

My vision blurs and I run over a tree stump and fall off the bike.

I take off the helmet and look at the now broken bike with a heavy sigh.

"Now will you give me control, or do I have to wait until you fall asleep?" Josephine sasses

"Quiet. I have to call your lover." I grab the Radio

Only it's broken too.

"Yeah you broke that too."

Suddenly, I could hear motorcycles in the distance.

"I have to hide." I panic

"Ok here's the deal. If we go back to Sanctum, I'll give you your body back."

I roll my eyes at her with a displeasing look

"Fine! We can just wait for my guards to find us. It shouldn't be long now."

"You dotnt know that they're your people. What if the CoGs took out your guards? I mean they do kind of suck. You wanna risk loosing our head?" I question

Josephine sighs and leads us to one of the observation boxes.

"I swear if you're lying, I'll take out the mind drive and destroy it before I die." I threaten

"Tense much? Relax. Just keep your eyes moving all around so I can see. We're looking for... this. Clear the leaves you'll find a hatch."Josephine points

I did as she said and thankfully she wasn't lying. I open the hatch and quickly get in before closing it.

"Keep your helmets on and your guns ready! These are the enemy's woods."

Turns out it was Josephine's guards sadly

"I guess my guards don't suck after all, huh? There should be a lighter or some matches around" Josephine teases

I find a lighter and use it to light one of the candles.

"What is this place?" I ask

"Observation blind. We built them all over. I use them to study species in their habitat."

I pick up a half empty bottle of alcohol and smirk, "Studying, huh?"

"Research can get boring. Gabriel helped with that..."

"You guys have a lot of history. How come he wants to kill you now?" I wonder

"He doesn't."

"Really? Death to Primes? Could have fooled me." I chuckle

"It's not literal. The Children of Gabriel consider themselves enlightened, freeing minds one at a time. In the 70 years he left, they've killed exactly no Primes." Josephine explains

"Why'd he leave?"

"He wanted to be able to die. I didn't. Simple as that. Why? What are you thinking?" Josephine asks

"I'm thinking it's not that simple. I'm thinking that he lost his taste for body snatching, and I'm hoping for all our sakes that he dosent destroy your mind drive as soon as he takes it out." I shrug

"Hm. Bellamy's plan. Save you, trade my drive for your people." Josephine sighs

"It would mean letting you resurrect again. Would he do it? Does he still love you?" I ask
