It's possible that the people who turned to dust during the "endgame incident" may simply reside in this alternate universe created by the stone.
However if a human were to ever put all the stones in the glove, we may have a end of the world scenario as by evidence of the "endgame incident" one snap could destroy everything this is why each stone is to be in a different containment site, the only ones with access to the containment sites there in are the personal guards and researchers
If their is a case we have to move these stones their are three rules
1-if a human holds one for too long three will die
2-they will not be transferred to the sight containing scp-567 or 098
3-the space and mind stone can not be in the same vicinity
