I'm sorry for not publishing or writing sooner, I'm just really stressed rn
And sorry for the short chapter..

Mui pov

An hour had passed.. I felt better, but I was still worried I'd vomit. I kept close to genya, we snuggled for the most of it actually-

"You good mui?" He asked me, I nod. "Ye- you?" I ask back, "yup, do you want something to eat?"

I think for a little moment, should I? Nah- it might make me feel like puking.

"No thank you- sorry" I reply. "Nah don't worry." He then pulls me close and kisses me on the head. "Okay  would you like to get up?" He asks, "nooooo!"

He then hugs me, "alright-" I curl back into him. "Mui.. are you able to stay at home? It'd probably be better than school-"

Hm.. gyokkos probably home.. but so would akaza.

"I could.." I say, "do you think that would be better? Or is gyokko home..?" He asks, "gyokkos home I'm pretty sure, but so is akaza.." I reply, "oh- akazas the.. nice one right?" "Yeah-" I reply, "do you want me to come with you? I can do any chores that you're meant to do." He asks,

"You can if you want, I don't mind but if your there while yuis there there might be some- tension between you two."

He looks around for a bit, I know he finds yui scary, infact. I sometimes do..

He nods, "I could come for a bit. Or just drop you home." He says, "that'd be nice, thank you-" I reply. He pats me on the head and lets his fingers stroke through my hair.

Later-

"So.. muichiro." We hear while cuddling. It was after school around now, and genya had just gotten back since he had some tests do to. "Yes Tamayo?" I ask in response. "If there's no reason for you to vomit. You should be.. fine? But I'd just like to keep you a little longer to make sure you're alright." She tells me. "Oh, is yui gonna stay too?" I ask

"if he wants to, it's not mandatory unless you have some sort of place you two have to be."

I nod, "So.. can I check some stuff? Maybe injuries or stomach incase that has anything to do with it." I immediately looks at genya,

"Oh- uh.. I think it'll be fine Tamayo, thank you though." I reply anxiously, "hm? What's wrong tokito?" She asks, "I just don't think there's anything wrong with me.. I may have just eaten something my body didn't like-" I reply. She didn't seem very happy with that reply and took a deep breath,

"muichiro, I know you're in an abusive house. I want to make sure you're alright."

My heart drops, "thanks but, I'm fine.. I'm Completely fine-" I say. "Okay.." she replies before walking away,

"Oh.. I don't know if I'm.meant to tell you this but apparently the uppermoons are having a barbecue or something in a few days."

So I'm.gonna have to interact with them.. great..

"Oh- wait how do you know?" I asked him. "I overheard my dad and gyokko talking." He replies, "mui!" We hear,

Yuichiro came rushing in the door with rengokus little brother chasing after him. "Mui, we have to get home now- koku wants us-" he says, I look and genya with a look saying 'about the thing?' And he shrugs with a concerned look. Yui grabbed me by the arm. "Sorry genya- it's important- go on mui, give him a little kiss-" yui says, he was clearly stressed. I've never seen him like that-

I kiss genya and hug him. "Love you mui-" he says, "love you too ge- AH-!" yuichiro dragged me by the arm and ran out the school..

Why is yui so stressed..?
