Rape

You wanted it,
She didn't.
You hurt her,
Emotionally, mentally, physically,
Sexually.

She wanted none,
Yet you gave her some.
Now she's hurt,
But won't tell a soul.

As she cried,
The tears running like heavy rain down her cheeks,
You moan and groaned.
She yelled stop,
But you said you needed--wanted--more.

Now she is bruised.
She thinks she did something wrong,
And the rape was her way of being punished.
Truth is,
She did nothing wrong.

She never saw it coming.
To her you were always nice,
Smiling when you saw her near.
To her you were always kind,
Heard her when she needed a listening ear.

She wanted none,
Yet you gave her some.
Now she's hurt,
But won't tell a soul.

But then you turned on her,
Dragged her to bed,
Tied her hands.
Made her watch as her clothes you took off.

She looks lost,
Always distant.
She now has scars,
That won't let her forget,
The day of her rape.

She wanted none,
Yet you gave her some.
Now she's hurt,
But won't tell a soul.

A/N: I know this girl who was raped, and also, I am reading The Lovely Bones (which is an awesome book that you guys should read), so I got the idea to write a poem about rape. Hope you guys liked it.
