(aiden POV)
it's been almost 2 weeks since i moved in with octavia and her dad, but not as they adopted me but rather....as a roommate and while octavia was asleep, i was listening to some starset songs, but most importantly my favorite song ''my demons'' on spotify
as i finished the song, i looked out the window and had an idea as i left octavia's room
as i entered the kitchen, i see stolas looking through something in the fridge until he noticed me
stolas: oh aiden, i didn't see you there.
aiden: yeah, sorry about that. i just wanted to ask you something.
stolas: oh, and what would that be?
he asked as he raised an eyebrow
aiden: is there like, i don't know, an event happening near the palace? like a concert or something.
i asked as stolas placed his hand on his feathery chin until...
stolas: you heard of a pop star named ''verosika mayday''?
he asked as i nodded
aiden: yeah, i mean don't get offended but, verosika is just a hottie if you know what i mean. why do you ask?
i asked as i see stolas smile
stolas: because there is a concert happening a few miles near my palace and octavia wants to go there, so-
he was cut off by me
aiden: you want me to be by her side so that way she won't get taken away or get murdked by thugs or pervs at the concert?
i finished what stolas was about to say, who was stunned at hearing what i said
stolas: how did you know i was gonna say that?
he asked as i shrugged
aiden: i guessed, that's how. so can i go?
i answered and asked as stolas nodded again, meaning ''yes'' as i went back to octavia's room and told her what stolas said
(at the concert)
as me and octavia arrived at the concert, i see that there are a lot of hellhounds, imps, succubi, incubi, and other kinds of demons at the concert as they started cheering when they see verosika on stage and started singing one of her songs, or atleast a cover of one of taylor swift's songs called ''bad blood''
as the cover song ended, octavia grabbed my hand and pulled me to what i see is the backstage

as we arrived at the backstage, i looked at octavia with a worried expression
aiden: octavia, why are at the backstage?
i asked as octavia looked at me with a smug smile
octavia: let's just say, i told verosika about you.
she said, making me shocked
aiden: you did?! since when?!
i asked in shock as i followed octavia
octavia: 2 days after you moved in. i texted verosika about you and your past, and needless to say, she felt sorry for you. she really did.
she said
aiden: ...ok.
i said, not thinking on what to say next, so i continued to follow octavia deep into the backstage as the screen went dark
