Third Person POV

Zenitsu has a crush. Isn't it obvious?  Of course. We all know its Nezuko. We all know that. He always seems to simp on her. But lately he has been a bit cold and introverted from her lately. 

But now here he was, with Nezuko beside him, admiring the fish pond. "Hey Zenitsu! Look at that fish!" Nezuko exclaimed. By that time, Nezuko was immune to sunlight already. "It looks like you-" Zenitsu commented. "Oh really? Thats so cool!" Nezuko said.

"Hey Nezuko." Zenitsu called out. "Yes Zenitsu?" Nezuko asked. Zenitsu froze. What was he going to say to her? "I-I need to go. I'll see you later.." Zenitsu said and walked away. 

'God damnit. That was the fifth time I failed to tell her..' Zenitsu thought. 'When will I be able to tell her? Maybe I should ask Tanjiro instead.' He thought and went to find Tanjiro.

With Nezuko on the hand. She was standing there like a statue, dumbfound. 'Why does Zenitsu always act weird around me?' Nezuko wondered. Nezuko proceed to shrug it off and wander around the corps.

If Nezuko was being honest, she too has a crush on Zenitsu. Zenitsu always appears on her mind when she daydreams. She feels comfortable with him like she is with Tanjiro. But does she understand? Does she know what love is? But how will she understand? She doesn't even understand what having a crush means. Personally she never really tried too understand everything around her. It was to confusing. But maybe now she was regretting it abit.

But even if she understood what love is, will it be okay? She is still a demon. And demons can't possibly date a human. Even if she was already proven her innocent, she is still a demon.

She went to her brother to ask about Zenitsu. Maybe he had a few suggestions. 

Only to find Zenitsu finished talking to him too.

"Hi Zenitsu, and bye-" Nezuko said.

"Oni-chan! How are you doing?" Nezuko greeted him. "Im doing fine Nezuko. Just thinking about something." Tanjiro replied with his iconic smile. "Actually I am also thinking about something. And I think I need your help." Nezuko told him. "Okay, what do you need help in?" Tanjiro asked. "Uh. I think I like Zenitsu. They say its 'love' but Im not sure what this 'love means. Can you tell me about it?" Nezuko explained. Tanjiro made his 'Oml' face to her. "Uhh so- love is when you care and feel about someone more. But not just as a friend, but more." Tanjiro replied as he tried to explain and simple and straightforward. 

"So- Im in love?" Nezuko asked after Tanjiro explained a few more times. Tanjiro let out a relieved breath. "Yes." Tanjiro told her. "So- how do I tell him? Do I just come at to him and say 'Zenitsu I love you' like that?" Nezuko asked again. "NO NO NO NEZUKO!! You gotta think about your surroundings and the words you use. You also need a proper invitation and stuffs-." Tanjiro said. "So what do I do?" Nezuko asked. "So here is the plan okay? So first you...."

Honestly Tanjiro was shock. Before Nezuko came Zenitsu asked about Nezuko to Tanjiro. 'Oml they both are dumbasses. They came to me to ask about each other.' He thought as he face palmed himself. 

Flashback

"Tanjiro can I ask you for help?" Zenitsu asked. "Zenitsu! What brings you here? What help do you need?" Tanjiro asked in his usual sweet voice. "Nezuko-chan... How do I tell her?" Zenitsu asked. "Tell her what exactly?" Tanjiro asked. "I love her..." Zenitsu mumbled. "Oh. Well, Nezuko is not a girl who is hard to impress. So you can just give her favorite flower. Or just tell her." Tanjiro told him. "But how? I tried five times already." Zenitsu asked. "Wait. Five times??!! Zenitsu I thought your like OBSESSES with her!" Tanjiro said in shock. "Uh yea I just never have the guts to say it," Zenitsu said casually. But Tanjiro clearly knew that Zenitsu did not just say that casually. "Okay so here is what you do ok? You go up to her and take her to a pretty place like a sakura place or something it's your confession so you decided. Do NOT use ANALOGIES because she will not understand anything! Be straight forward so she understands it." Tanjiro explained. "But what if she doesn't like me?! That's the hard part Tanjiro! I'm not even sure if she likes me or not. What if she rejects me?!" Zenitsu cried out. "Zenitsu! I'm sure she loves you. Dearly. Now go on and go get her my man." Tanjiro waved with his smile. "YES GO GET HER LIGHTING BOI!" Inosuke just appeared out of nowhere. "AHHH YOU SCARED ME INOSUKE." Zenitsu shouted in fear. Tanjiro just laughed at that."Are you sure she will love me Tanjiro?" Zenitsu asked one last time before leaving. "Im sure." Tanjiro replied smiling softly. "Well I'll be going then. Goodbye." Zenitsu said and left. 

Flashback ended

Tanjiro felt shocked. He always saw Zenitsu being so clingy to girls. But now when he wanted to confess to Nezuko, it seems so hard to him. Thats what always confuses him. Of course, he always caught a love scent between them. Lately, it has been a mix of love and fear. A bit of confusion. 'Well there is no wrongdoing in helping them.' Tanjiro told himself. "Its okay Monjiro they are going to be fine." Inosuke hugged Tanjiro from the back which made Tanjiro blush a bit. Yes, a bit. "I trust you Inosuke," Tanjiro said, opening Inosuke boar mask, kissing him in the cheek, and leaving with a Inosuke embarrassed. 'Damn it you-...' Inosuke mentally screaming and put back is boar head so no one sees his embarrassed face. 

So, Zenitsu tried to make it obvious for Nezuko. Well- secretly. 

But before he wanted to confesses his love, the final battle started. Luckily Muzan was defeated, Tanjiro turned back as a human. And so as Nezuko.

So 5 months after the final battle, he was ready. He was about to confess his love for her.

So when it was near sunset, Zenitsu called Nezuko and took her somewhere. "Zenitsu where are we going?" Nezuko asked confused. "Somewhere." Zenitsu replied. He ran as fast as he can. He waited months for this.

"So Zenitsu, what are we doing here?" Nezuko asked. Zenitsu just kept silent. "Zenitsu?" Nezuko asked again. '1.....' Zenitsu told himself. "Zenitsu?" Nezuko asked. '2.....'  "Zenitsu?"

And then Zenitsu kissed Nezuko. 

After the kiss, Zenitsu immediatly spoke up. "I love you Nezuko. Very much." And Nezuko could only sob.

'Finally that little crybaby confessed his feelings.' Inosuke whispered. 'True-true' Tanjiro whispered back. Funny thing they were spying on them both. Which means they saw the whole kissing scene TwT.

A/n = Hi! Its my first confession oneshot and the first oneshot of this book. <3 will not write anymore conffesion oneshots until I get better in it lol </3.
